CTVNews.ca has identified at least 17 reports like these from 2023 in an online aviation incident database maintained by Transport Canada, the federal transportation department. Those reports come from across the country and involve pilots and crew with WestJet, Air France, British Airways and more. You can read all of the reports in an exclusive interactive map.
"I suspect that these reports represent a small fraction of what pilots are seeing," Powell told CTVNews.ca. "Not only does the stigma of making a UAP report still exist, but the reporting form and the way it is handled would make it clear to any pilot that his report was simply filed away."
Around 4:40am on Jan. 19, NORAD was alerted after several flights reported "multiple lights sometimes in a TRIANGLE FORMATION" above the Canadian prairies in Saskatchewan

No idea what the missile-like object was in the 3rd video, but in the first two videos, the "dancing lights" reminded me of this video about starlink satellites. Notice how they never seemed to get any closer to the lights, so they were really far away, same thing with the starlink satellites discussed in these sightings:
The 13-minute clip was culled from 2.5 hours of raw audio downloaded from two feeds at LiveATC.net(opens in a new tab), a website that streams and archives air traffic control radio. Edited for length, the original conversations between pilots and air traffic controllers took place from approximately 4:20 a.m. to 6 a.m. CST.

Page 4 of the presentation outlines motivations behind the Sky Canada Project, which include supporting science to "document rare natural phenomena," encouraging transparency and information access to "prevent conspiracy theories," and aiding national security to "prevent undetected intrusions."
It also lists preparing for collaboration with U.S. officials, where both the Pentagon(opens in a new tab) and NASA(opens in a new tab) are studying UAP, as well as responding to "an official request" to "undertake a comprehensive study on UAPs in Canada" from Larry Maguire, the Conservative member of parliament for Brandon-Souris in Manitoba.

An American Airlines pilot on a flight from Boston to the Harrisburg International Airport in Middletown, PA claims to have seen something that truly makes no sense, according to WOKQ. The pilot hopped on the radio with air traffic control claiming he saw a UFO that "went 180° in like a second." If his claim his true, then whatever he saw defies all known laws of physics and flight.
"It literally went from one coast to the other in front of us, and then it went up, like, 30°, turned up its lights or whatever it had. It looked like it was a bright orangy thing, and since we spoke last, it's flashed us three or four times," the pilot continued.
