Not long ago, the former South Carolina governor was arguing that Donald Trump was too old, too chaotic, too “unhinged” and too prone to temper tantrums to be president again and said he couldn’t beat President Joe Biden.
“I feel no need to kiss the ring,” Haley said in February before suspending her primary campaign. “My political future is of no concern.”
But today, she delivered the implicit endorsement everyone knew was coming sooner or later.
Haley said that while Trump had not been “perfect” on issues that matter to her, like foreign policy and the national debt, Biden had been a “catastrophe.”
“So, I will be voting for Trump,” said the former US ambassador to the United Nations, who served in the ex-president’s Cabinet.

President Joe Biden on Friday defended the conviction of former President Donald Trump and claimed it was “reckless” for his gagged political opponent to call it “rigged.”
Trump called the trial a “scam” and vowed to appeal the guilty verdict.
About two hours after Trump spoke, Biden directly mentioned Trump by name in a carefully crafted press conference. “The American principle that no one is above the law was reaffirmed,” Biden claimed. “Donald Trump was given every opportunity to defend himself.”

And the trend continues. In deep red OH-06, a district that Trump carried by 29 points and Vance carried by 45 points, Republican Michael Rulli wins the special election for Bill Johnson's (who won by 30 points in his last three elections) vacant seat in the House by only 9 points. This comes despite the fact that Rulli spent over four times as much as his opponent.
Once again, an overperformance by the Dems by double digits.

Today, Mark Halperin was interviewed by Tucker Carlson, and said that based on what he knows, the election is looking very good for Trump. But that wasn’t even the most interesting thing he said.
He said if Trump wins, tens of millions of Americans are going to have a full-on mental health crisis, and it will be the biggest mental health crisis in the history of the country. He was not joking.
It’s easy to agree with him if you’ve been paying attention. Just turn on MSNBC if you want to get a sense of what he is talking about here.
