We need to look inside and stop being so greedy. Perhaps we can reallocate resources from our own American homeless and veterans and think of the migrants who aren't used to such cold weather.

If they came legally they wouldn't have this problem, because part off the requirements for legal entry is you have to have a sponsor or be able to suppirt yourself.

If you are found worthy of real asylum the government would support you as a final option.

Chicago politicians are mad at Texas for sending migrants here due to the cold weather. Fake concern on their part. Four months ago, it was another fake reason for being pissed at Gov Abbott.

The migrants faced more dangers travelling through Central America and Mexico (malaria, rapists, snakes, etc..) than they are facing in Chicago/NewYork/San Francisco, etc..

They'll get no sympathy from me.

They don't like it they should return to their country of origin.

It's warm south of the border, why anyone would be crazy enough to come up north to the USA when we have so much cold weather in winter I can't understand. Texas has even had weather too cold to be safe this year.

We just had a young couple freeze to death in their appartment after a space heater they were temporarily heating it with went out when it was below zero here last week. Both were in their twenties. Don't know all the specifics, but the cops told one of the relatives they were not doing anything illegal at the time, and they did not commit suicide....Rumor says they couldn't pay their heat bill so it got turned off and they were using a space heater till they got enough money to get it turned back on.

We seem to have lots of money to support migrants, but not enough to help our own people to stay warm.

Here’s a novel idea…. Let’s send them somewhere it’s warm, where they come from. Most don’t even qualify for asylum anyways. Why is the worlds needy America’s problem? We can’t sustain 10k illegals a day into the country, that’s pure insanity. These people aren’t being vetted properly if at all, there not being screened for viruses and diseases. We’ve let in a record number of KNOWN terrorist. You bleeding hearts just bury your heads in the sand when these topics come up, it’s ridiculous and the stupidity seems to know no bounds.
