The Trump administration declared the group — which had at the time already been listed as a specially designated global terrorist — as a foreign terrorist organization in January 2021
Less than a month later, the Biden administration removed the Houthis from both terrorism lists

The other day Biden said The Houthis not on the terrorist lists doesn't matter. So why did he take them off the lists if it doesn't matter? 😀😃

Taking them off the terrorist watch list enabled them (the Houthis) to arm themselves and go about plotting terrorism attacks because (under the Biden administration) they were not a danger to us or anyone else.

It doesn't matter from the standpoint of being able to shoot down Houthi missiles in the Red Sea and to conduct retaliatory air strikes in Yemen.

The administration of President Joe Biden has formally delisted Yemen’s Houthi movement as a “foreign terrorist organization” and “Specially Designated Global Terrorists”, undoing the last-minute move under former President Donald Trump that the United Nations and aid groups said threatened to further devastate the war-torn country.
The move comes as the Biden administration continues to change tack on the US approach to the war in Yemen, announcing on February 4 that it would end the US support for offensive operations for the Saudi Arabia-led coalition that intervened in Yemen’s civil war in 2015, a year after the northern-based Houthis kicked President Abdu-Rabbu Mansour out of the capital Sanaa.

he is apparently only designating them the lowest possible level of terrorist.
Apparently trying to sink ships and disrupt international shipping is no longer that big a deal.
God forbid he actually take accountability for his actions.

Why is it always the world's major terrorists who get to say who goes on the terrorists list?

The “terrorists” that have freedom of religion and protect international shipping? Vs the terrorists that what a one world religion? And try to disrupt shipping and shipping lanes?
It’s like blaming cops for using violence while ignoring an active shooter situation.
