More like people like Michael Flynn, Roger Stone, Rudy Giuliani, and Sidney Powell. People that would've been involved in the Willard Hotel meeting on January 5th.

Ah, yes, this tired old MSM tripe.

You do know that your coveted intel agencies said this was bunk...right?

We don't need Trump to be convicted of insurrection.

We just want him in jail. So these charges along with all the other might do it.

Hopefully he gets what he deserves.

A pathetic excuse for a man, Trump is.

it's nice to hear it from ya'll. I mean, everyone knows it, but it's rarely admitted to.
And you are good with this if in the future, it's used against a democrat, right?

Oh he will. Four more years in the White House is right around the corner.

Enjoy!

On August 1, 2023, a grand jury indicted Trump in the District of Columbia U.S. District Court on four charges for his conduct following the 2020 presidential election through the January 6 Capitol attack:

conspiracy to defraud the United States under Title 18 of the United States Code,

obstructing an official proceeding and

conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding under the Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002,

and conspiracy against rights under the Enforcement Act of 1870.[42][43][44]

For once, I'm going to take the government's advice. They don't want me to buy into conspiracy theories, well, I'm not buying any of these.

A possible 25 years in jail is trivial?

By the way, it's funny you bring up Babbit. There's a provision in 18 USC 241 that says if the conspiracy leads to the death of someone, the maximum punishment can be increased to up to life in prison.

Trivial because the likelyhood of anything you described above actually being rendered against Donald Trump, is very slim-to-none.

that is fantastic! So if it's found that Pelosi and her cabal orchestrated this, they can all be put away for life! That is wonderful news! You do serve a purpose after all!

eta:
this should be broadcasted far and wide! A new Jan 6th committee should be formed, and focus on where the breakdown in law enforcement presence happened, that led to this riot. Can you imagine the nervous panic the left would have if the tables for Jan 6th turned in this way!

A lot of projects that will make liberals switch parties, or "go away", are in the works for not only this Spring, but for 2025 as well.

based on these charges, it would seem they would have to prove Trump conspired with outside groups to overtake the capitol. I will agree, if that happened, it's a big problem for him. But if it didn't, and all they have are the speech and his waiting almost 4 hours to make another announcement, then Jack Smith has some real problems. But this is likely just meant to interfere with the election, and not really put Trump in jail. At least that's the plan Joe came up with.

What I'm hoping is that the Supreme Court will rule that Presidents can be held responsible for crimes committed while they were President.

Let Smith have his "win", using some D.C. jury of radical nutjobs. Trump does 90 days, then wins the Presidency.

His DOJ files Charges against Obama and Hillary and Brennan and Comey and the MSM people the DOJ I.G. fingered will be first, because those crimes will be the first to reach the time limitations for being charged.

His team was in direct contact with the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers. The two groups that just so happened to have plans to take over the Capitol.

Of course, J6 is only part of the case. There's also his involvement in the fake elector cases.

so you have the coms? Do tell.

Is Threadbarer saying Donald Trump's administration was in cahoots with "The Proud Boys" and the "Oath Keepers"?

If Trump conspired with those groups to cause trouble at the Capitol that's the end of it for Trump.
But to prove that, you have to have the evidence. If they did, they wouldn't be playing these silly other games.

There's probably more evidence that Fani Willis (Georgia) and Letitia James (New York) colluded with the Biden White House to "get Trump".

Do you think it was just a random coincidence that they showed up on Jan. 6 organized, coordinated, and prepared to spearhead the breaking of the police lines?
