The Best the J6 Committee and S.C. Jack Smith Could Come Up With - Joe Biden is Pathetic.

I just accidentally came across the actual charges Special Counsel Jack Smith is placing former President Donald Trump on trial for, on March 7th, less than 60 days from now.

All I can says is, after 2 years of investigations and over 1,000 people interviewed (as stated at: en.wikipedia.org...), THIS IS THE BEST THE J6 committee & Jack Smith, "America's best investigators", could come up with?!

On August 1, 2023, a grand jury indicted Trump in the District of Columbia U.S. District Court on four charges for his conduct following the 2020 presidential election through the January 6 Capitol attack:

conspiracy to defraud the United States under Title 18 of the United States Code,

obstructing an official proceeding and

conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding under the Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002,

and conspiracy against rights under the Enforcement Act of 1870.[42][43][44]

There is nothing about an "insurrection" in the charges. Why are so many Democrats and Media people lying about that?

There was a death on that day, protestor Ashli Babbitt, but interestingly, neither Jack Smith or the January 6th committee has charged President Trump with being indirectly responsible.

Why distract our nation and the leading candidate for being elected President (he's ahead of President Biden!) by putting him on trial, just 9 months before the November 2024 election, on such "trivial" charges. Most Americans don't know what the charges are. And if they did know, they would react like me.

This is an Intentional Election Interference attempt from the Current President, Joe Biden! What can be done to make this obvious, and cancel the B.S. March trial of leading candidate Trump?

By the way, it's funny you bring up Babbit. There's a provision in 18 USC 241 that says if the conspiracy leads to the death of someone, the maximum punishment can be increased to up to life in prison.

that is fantastic! So if it's found that Pelosi and her cabal orchestrated this, they can all be put away for life! That is wonderful news! You do serve a purpose after all!

this should be broadcasted far and wide! A new Jan 6th committee should be formed, and focus on where the breakdown in law enforcement presence happened, that led to this riot. Can you imagine the nervous panic the left would have if the tables for Jan 6th turned in this way!

based on these charges, it would seem they would have to prove Trump conspired with outside groups to overtake the capitol. I will agree, if that happened, it's a big problem for him. But if it didn't, and all they have are the speech and his waiting almost 4 hours to make another announcement, then Jack Smith has some real problems. But this is likely just meant to interfere with the election, and not really put Trump in jail. At least that's the plan Joe came up with.

His team was in direct contact with the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers. The two groups that just so happened to have plans to take over the Capitol.

Of course, J6 is only part of the case. There's also his involvement in the fake elector cases.

If Trump conspired with those groups to cause trouble at the Capitol that's the end of it for Trump.
But to prove that, you have to have the evidence. If they did, they wouldn't be playing these silly other games.

We already have evidence that the FBI was well informed about what was to transpire on J6.

If the white house knew, or even aided, then absolutely show said evidence.

I was totally unaware of the law change that X brought up. That's huge. And I doubt Pelosi and Swallowswell knew either. Buy if there are what's app, texts, emails, or carrier pigeon notes anywhere that point to them conspiring to limit the LEO presence that day, the entire thing could spiral into an amazing storm that would be epic in scope.

Second verse, same as the first. You have to prove federal provocateurs directly escalated a peaceful protest and escorted the masses inside the building (with assistance from capitol security) and then prove who recruited and deployed those provocateurs in the first place.

Being permitted to start at the beginning, it came out during trial that many FBI agents and informants were not only relaying information but escalating talks and actions prior to J6.

They cannot be named nor questioned....yet they are relied on for conviction.


This is the beginning and end. What you are describing would be wonderful but we'd have to be able to follow the investigative trail.

I'm aware of the hurdles in place. But if we get a new DOJ and a new president, and we find that the internet really is forever, then there is a chance, albeit ever so small.
