A disturbing interview given by a KGB defector in 1984 describes America of today and outlines four stages of mass brainwashing used by the KGB.

“They are programmed to think and react to certain stimuli in a certain pattern [alluding to Pavlov]. You can not change their mind even if you expose them to authentic information. Even if you prove that white is white and black is black, you still can not change the basic perception and the logic of behavior.”

A person who was demoralized is unable to assess true information. The facts tell nothing to him. Even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents, with pictures; even if I take him by force to the Soviet Union and show him [a] concentration camp, he will refuse to believe it, until he [receives] a kick in his fan-bottom. When a military boot crashes his balls then he will understand. But not before that. That’s the [tragedy] of the situation of demoralization.”

It’s hard not to see in that the state of many modern Americans. We have become a society of polarized tribes, with some people flat out rejecting facts in favor of narratives and opinions.

There are a hundred YouTube videos of this man doing public awareness speeches, explaining this.

I first heard about it, almost two decades ago, and every year it's gotten closer to the stated goals. With social constructs of today, it's almost complete.

Pavlov's dogs are the people with TDS, facts don't matter just emotional knee jerking. Exactly what Americas enemies want. A weak minded, easily influenced, mindless puppets.

It's not ok.

The time to WAKE America up, and keep the woke away.
Before there is no American way of life for the future generations to be blessed to live under.

People who don't remember the 90s let alone the 80s, have no idea how America was so great. All they know is post 9/11 madness and politics of disunity. That's not America.

That's not my America...

Maybe don't get influenced by a influencer. And the world today is far different then the past in oh so many ways.
You are clinging to the past that will never be again. It's a pipe dream and it's about time you wake up to reality and find a positive point moving forward. Because if you continue to be upset that things are not as they at one time had been you life is going to suck

Found some like that. It is a mind bender dealing with them, I don't know what kind of force it would take to wake them up. Did find a place to consider it for a couple of days.

All we really have control over is ourselves. How our self determination defines us? Hard to put into a few words.

That may be the most accurate description of a Trumper that I've ever read.

I think of Trump voters much the same way. They are not criminals, not terrorists, not supremacists, nothing like that. Ordinary people and even venerable patriotic pillars of the community in some cases.

But to have a conversation with them on this one topic. The Trump. Eugh. I cannot. With people who want to dump a steaming load of democrap on his name like he's the Emmanuel Goldstein of our generation, and with people who want to fellate him like he's the Messiah. Both are fruitless dialogues, myopic and conceited.

I'm not interested in one man, I'm interested in one nation. Trump is... *deep breath* ...disposable. He's not singularly gifted or endowed. He's not even remarkable except for being a card carrying member of the elite. Until he spent the last 8 years embarrassing them. Even now he spends his money like they do, drives the same car and buys the same groceries and sleeps in the same bed they do. He doesn't represent me or my community the way I need a leader to represent me, especially if you expect me to check the box and buy the bumper sticker.

I don't care.

Bye Felicia.

America First will be around long after Trump is gone.

I wish there was someone else who could win the nomination but Trump is who we're stuck with for now either way.

I think I'd prefer a Vivek VS. RFK ticket.

But we can't have nice things.

There's several who could win the nomination for Republican, if only Trump would get out of the way. Vivek was remarking on that aspect of the campaign very recently.

Kennedy/Ramaswamy isn't the worst idea to come out of the GOP in the last decade.

There's no way RFK would be on the GOP ballot. I was talking him being the DNC candidate.

But those two as the candidates would be better for the country as a whole.

Or Gabbard for the Dems. But that's not happening either.

If Gabbard had any hopes for the DNC to pull their collective heads out of their colons, she doesn't show it. Let that ship sink and return to basics.

See, the GOP can't afford to make the same mistake, putting all their eggs in one basket like Biden/Harris is doing. And yet here we are with one deplorable and a handful of second fiddles who can barely talk more than a minute without mentioning the elephant in the room.

The election has nothing to do with rebuilding our nation and everything to do with polarizing, scapegoating, gaslighting the people. This pavlovian nonsense has to stop.

Here's 30 seconds that sums up where this goes, and the left fall for it every time - to everyone's detriment.

Great find, exactly what I was hinting at.

Thank you for sharing!

People don't understand my point, and just assumed what my interest was.

I'm not interested in living in my past, I'm using my life experience, to share what the bigger picture is. The long term picture, not the snap shot short instance of social media. Most people, can't see or plan past today.

It's the difference between chess and checkers.

The enemies of America, especially domestic, are playing the long game. Where as most of the younger generation have no life experience yet, and can not see past instant gratification.

Those in denial, are exactly who he was referring to.
The people who are attacking the subject before even reading it completely or understanding the material.

I'm not posting this for those "useful idiots" of the left to derile. I am posting this for those who are not familiar with it, to be aware of it, and recognize the threat it remains.

Or in other words;
Communists are bad, m'kay.

When the covid scam was in full swing I tried to explained factual information to my son. I told him that he needed to think for himself and his exact reply was, "I don't need to think for myself."

Some of the saddest and most frightening words I've ever heard, and he was not raised like that.
