Frontpage/FTP question - what does this mean?

Someone said to me:


O and your site code was obviously created in frontpage as you leave the FTP open so IF i wanted to log on and check your stats i could have done as its wide open, yet i used the legal method and checked hosting. This is not the point anyways.


I do create my pages in Frontpage though I FTP them using another FTP client, not the one in frontpage.

Is this guy talking rubbish as I suspect?
