Trump's legal team wants to have Jack Smith held in contempt

I don’t see a problem with trumps businesses that his sons were in control of while he was president making 4 million over 4 years.

Congressman and Senators do it all the time. The avg senator and congressman from both parties make between 67%-186% a year when they buy call and put options in the market and insider trade.

They don’t have the moral high ground to accuse anyone of using their position of power to make money when They do it every day off committee meeting information that the public doesn’t have access too.

Let's just call it what it is: very unnerving how Trump has been treated since he switched to the Republican side once he figured out the DNC had it rigged for Hillary Clinton.

Before that, Follywood, MSM, and politicians ALL kissed his association, for decades. The only time Trump really caught attitude is when he spoke out on those five guys in NYC, vaguely remember the case, but Obama did the same thing with Treyvon Martin while actually POTUS. Trump spoke out as a New Yorker.

It's almost believable there'll be no 2024 election. Either way, honest red, white, and blue American citizens are SCREWED.

After reading and rereading the judge's order, I agree with ABC. It seems she went to great lengths to explain why Trump's "gag order" was so important to keep in place as court protections, but didn't say anything about how important it was for the prosecution to allow Trump's team to stall or delay the government from giving Trump's team evidence and lists, or file motions with the judge to consider when the case resumes.
