Sarah Bloom Raskin, President Joe Biden’s latest Federal Reserve nominee, is a revolving-door lobbyist who used her access to get special treatment from the Fed for a company on whose board she sat. She thus made more than a million dollars for herself. Her husband, a Democratic congressman, failed to report her holding or sale of the stock as required by law.

Biden and Banking Committee Democrats are making excuses for Raskin and her husband, Maryland U.S. Rep. Jamie Raskin. But the story is a triple whammy of swampy cronyism: the revolving door, insider self-enrichment, and failure of transparency.

Her husband, the congressman, was legally required to disclose his wife’s valuable holdings in Reserve Trust. He never did. So while she was lobbying the Fed, and while the Fed was making decisions to benefit Reserve Trust, Jamie was covering up that Sarah, a former Fed official, held large amounts of stock in Reserve Trust. Rep. Raskin has cited their son’s suicide to explain why the 2020 sale of the stock was reported late. But no one has explained why he never reported holding the stock during the years they owned it. It’s typical swamp behavior, and Joe Biden wants to reward it by giving Raskin yet another job at the Fed.

Anything that’s had Raskin’s name attached to it has been a farce and a witch hunt, the guy is a clown. He’s on a bunch of committees including the judiciary and the oversight committees. Having watched many of these hearings I can say without a doubt that he’s always trying to deny evidence into the record. What’s he hiding?

I think we all know that Raskin like all the rest of them has voted on legislation that he’s profited on. I want to see his stock portfolio along with his voting history on legislation that could’ve benefited his investments. Fairly safe to say he’s done some shady dealings while in congress. Democrats hypocrisy has no bounds.

Kushner got a good amount of the sovereign wealth fund from Saudi Arabia to play around with.

While I’m not going to act like this is the largest violation in politics, I also won’t pretend it’s nothing.

Saudi Arabia was the only sovereign nation with the most ties to 9/11. So much so we had to leave that part out of the report long enough for the goldfish.

That said, every president has given hand jibbers to the Sauds, so it’s not like it was a wild course off the reservation.

I think the FISA judge was lied to and found out later...nothing came out of it, but if this was Nixon instead of Obama we know what would have happened.

Trumps Presidency has cost him millions and millions of dollars just trying to defend himself from the left’s manufactured lunacy and lies. Not to mention he funded much of his own campaign. He’s lost a lot of money and ready to go again.
