So they had to move to the north, all homeless and still being attacked/bombed 80 days? night and day... And they also face a food shortage (water and food being blocked), where people face starvation and of of deadly diseases.

Before this war Israel did a complete economical blockade, completed even more walls and checkpoints and even armed robots patrolling. And armed settlers taking land and so on.

Okay, so let us put it in context then. Allen Dulles was allowed to utilise Switzerland's neutrality to conduct negotiations that may or may not have helped the Allied war effort. Qatar are providing, partially at the US's behest, an office from which HAMAS are able to conduct similar negotiations. The point is both were invited, agreements were reached.

For over 75 years Israel is, and because of actions of Israel you get something like Hamas in return. So after this attack from Hamas Israel cries 100 times harder then the people of Gaza do which suffer every day because of Israel. Look how the people of Gaza are suffering and compare that with the people of Israel, they enjoy their lives, drink some more and having a great life! Those in Gaza homeless, basically all kids suffering from PTSD because of Israel! Compare that with the kids in Israel, they enjoy their lives and are happy.

It's been public knowlege for a few decades now, they've had them since the 60s but haven't formally confirmed or denied it/the ammount of nukes.

The secret nuclear weapons programe was leaked by Israeli nuclear tech, Mordechai Vanunu, to The Times newspaper in the UK in the late 80s and was then kidnapped by Mossad in Italy and jailed for treason for 20 years or so (majority in solitary).
