We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
- Joseph R. Biden

Isn't that an admission of guilt? Is knowingly frauding the U.S. Electoral system considered an Insurrection? How is Biden allowed on any state ballot, after a clear admission to fraud?

And you know what. Take those people that broke the law and prosecute them. If you attack the police you deserve prison time.

I agree, but a lot of those people just got caught up in the mob mentality and went temporarily insane. But that's no excuse!!

I agree. There is no excuse for violence against Police. But once you really look at this, and see that about 900 or less folks were the violent ones, it becomes really hard to sell the idea that 900 unarmed people were almost successful at taking over the Nation. there was a riot, and some folks were stupid. That's kind of what happens in a riot. Sadly, you have to be a republican in order to be punished for it.

Show the evidence for calling Election Fraud, or seems like they’re forcing the courts to call it an insurrection.

Sp, who is this mysterious 'they' that has the power to force the courts to call something an insurrection when it obviously - to any sane, rational person - wasn't.

If no evidence, then I think Maine’s interpretation of the 14th amendment is accurate.

What does the presence or lack of evidence of election fraud have to do with whether or not an act amounts to insurrection?

Sane, rational minds want to know.

Really you sound like Trump.

Really, you're making about as much sense as ... well ...

Even so? Look at how many of the 900... and those Trump atts and associates...that pled guilty.

If one was not....fake Trump electors, lawyers, assistants...in huge "'significant " #s....are pleading GUILTY....

Now why would Adolf Trump's "people" be running to plead guilty, when Fat-Boy Howdy says it didn't happen? Haaa!

Whose right? Waiting....( crickets, silence......chirp, chirp).

Pleading guilty is not always because you are guilty. Ignoring that shows how you really feel.

Well in more good news Trump admin appointed Fedrico Klein who was working as a South America specialist at the state department, until he resigned after the 6th will start to serve his 70 month sentence on Tuesday. Wonder why they were pushing so hard to get through the cops in the tunnel. Probably just to take a tour most likely, right?

Court documents state that Klein entered the Tunnel at approximately 2:43 p.m. and began to yell at law enforcement officers, ignored commands to leave, and attempted to grab a police officer's riot shield. Klein then used both of his arms and body to forcibly push against police. As police attempted to close a door to the Tunnel, Klein used a stolen police riot shield as a wedge to thwart police from closing the door.

Meanwhile, at approximately 3:06 p.m., Cappuccio approached the entrance to the Tunnel, recording video on his cell phone of the scene outside the Capitol. Cappuccio entered the Tunnel and immediately joined the push against the police line. A short while later, Cappuccio and Klein joined with other rioters in a concerted "heave-ho" push against police. During the "heave-ho" push, a police officer became pinned between the metal doors in the Tunnel and a shield held by a rioter. Cappuccio saw this, then forcefully yanked the gas mask away from the pinned officer's face in hard, quick movements, causing the officer's head and neck to be yanked violently in various directions.

As he viciously ripped off the officer's gas mask, Cappuccio appeared to say, "How do you like me now, f—er?!" Cappuccio then took the officer's riot baton out of his hands and used the baton to strike the officer in the face. Cappuccio later exited the Tunnel, looked to the crowd, and pumped his fist into the air victoriously.

As Cappuccio left the Tunnel, court records say that Klein remained. Klein then participated in another "heave-ho" push against the police and actively resisted the police officers' efforts to move him out of the Tunnel by aggressively pushing a stolen riot shield against the police line and using the weight of his body to press forward. Klein was finally pushed out of the Tunnel at approximately 3:19 p.m. and remained near the front of the mob until approximately 4:10 p.m., constantly pushing into the police line using a stolen riot shield.

Unfortunately it is Joe Biden's department of Justice who determines if a subpoena will be enforced.

Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro were both arrested by Joe Biden's DOJ for not complying with the January 6th committee subpoena to testify.

Oh, I am fully aware of the lawlessness of the current administration, all I'm sating is when Pelosi and Schiff are subpoenaed, those subpoenas will be enforceable - and hopefully Trump will be back in office and we'll have a real AG instead of the farce we have now.

Mike72 showed me some pretty good dirt about GA voters, which was a strategic victory for the Blue team.

67k from old addresses
Of that 19k had moved out of state
Of that 17k were mail in
Of that 9k were inactive

Can we audit the voting records of these individuals?

Should be interesting how the Supreme Court responds.

If they don’t call 1/6/21 an act of rebellion, and rule in Trump’s favor, it would be because he had good reason to protest the election certification. This ruling would discredit the election system, if that is the decision.

Who exactly is going to round them up? Don't you know that when liberals do it, it is fiery but mostly peaceful, if conservatives do it it's an insurrection.

No clue who 'Mike72' is, but this is so typical radical leftist thinking... cheating is a 'strategic victory' - as long as the cheating can't be proven beyond the reasonable doubt... of other radical leftists.

More gobbledygook from you...

Nothing Trump did or said comes anywhere near even the appearance of 'rebellion' or 'insurrection' - except in the TDS soaked minds of radical leftists.

Even if the acts of any of those who entered the capital building that day were considered acts of rebellion or insurrection, none of it can be blames on Trump.

But the fact is, nothing that happened that day comes anywhere even remotely close to the definition of a rebellion or an insurrection.

All of that aside, as the truth comes out that the crowds were encouraged and manipulated into doing things they wouldn't otherwise have done, it will become apparent that this actually was an insurrection, not by Trump supportters, but by in the form of organized actions by agents provocateurs in our own government (FBI and probably CIA).

TAGGED for Sending to the Legitimate J6 Committee in 2024.

A watchdog says the U.S. Secret Service deleted many of the text messages sent during a two-day period surrounding the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

The inspector general for the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees the agency, told Congress the messages were deleted after his office asked for them.
Source: www.npr.org...

ATS MEMEMBERS: Is it your impression that the Secret Service was part of the Government's intended frame-up of President Trump on Jan 6, 2021?

President Trump wanted to go to the Capitol to personally ask the protestors to go home in peace. But the Secret Service refused to take him. WHY? IMO, they wanted to prevent him from being able to say, I personally tried to calm them down...everyone saw that!

SECRET SERVICE contains some really bad apples. For example...The agents who won't tell Americans who brought the Cocaine into the White House and who it was intended for, is an example of corrupted-treasonous Secret Service personnel.

Georgia Democrats intentionally destroyed evidence that could have been used to identify LEGAL and ILLEGAL ballots.

Many were fired...but too late: www.nytimes.com...

Our news media is so mentally dumbed-down, they no longer ask follow-up questions. "What did you say?" / "Can you say that another way?" ....just doesn't happen like it did when they were semi-intelligent.

Even when President Trump said, "We've caught the deep state...We've caught them all!", the 50 news people listening, didn't ask any follow-up question about that dramatic statement.

MARK ESPER was President Trump's Defense Secretary. What is he admitting to here?

Authorities who don't like following a "chain of command" structure, are becoming more upset that, most likely, Donald Trump (a real boss) will be U.S. President in 13 months.

Former Defense Secretary Mark Esper Very Concerned Next Trump DefSec Would Be Loyal to America and Commander in Chief.

These guys keep providing me super timely and apropos fuel for my arguments about the structure of the next Trump administration.

Appearing on CNN, former Defense Secretary Mark Esper outlines his greatest concern that within our constitutionally provided civilian-led military structure, a President Trump Defense Secretary might actually be loyal to the Commander in Chief.

In his own words, Mark Esper views this possibility as a very serious problem. I’m not kidding, WATCH

You're purposely being obtuse. He means that Trump would find a person that would just follow if some of his great ideas were an order. You know, just shooting peaceful protesters in the leg, nuking a hurricane, all the violent rhetoric he's been spouting lately of what he wants to do to those who oppose him. Break laws, etc.
