There's no mention of this bill on the other distillation forum I used to frequent, either.

Damn it again!

Why the hell is it that we only hear about these cases or bills and what have you after the fact? You never hear about meetings or about plans until the day of or shortly after when it's a done deal.

I took a look at the article to make sure it was recent . . .
