TIT for TAT - Republicans float booting Biden off state ballots after Trump ruling

A left wing Colorado court removed President Trump from the state ballot citing that he caused/took part in an insurrection on January 6. Trump has never been charged or found guilty of this and he has not had due process. The judges took it upon themselves to engage in unconstitutional election interference.

Now Republicans are saying that Joe Biden needs to be removed from the ballot. Just wishful thinking and speculating, but they cite that because Biden has let in tens of millions of illegals, that could be considered not protecting the USA and the Constitution, and could be considered 'Insurrection'.

Well, why not? What Colorado did was unconstitutional, no due process, and obviously election interference, so why can't the Republicans do the same thing? What is good for one is good for the other.

Will the 2024 election even take place? That's a good question.

Some Republican officials outraged by the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to boot Donald Trump off the state’s primary ballot have suggested doing the same to President Biden in their states.

“Seeing what happened in Colorado makes me think — except we believe in democracy in Texas — maybe we should take Joe Biden off the ballot in Texas for allowing 8 million people to cross the border since he’s been president, disrupting our state far more than anything anyone else has done in recent history,” Lone Star State Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick told Fox News’ Laura Ingraham Tuesday night.

While condemning the Colorado decision, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis pondered aloud what the limiting principle would be for that policy. “Could we just say that Biden can’t be on the ballot because he let in 8 million illegals into the country, and violated the Constitution?” he asked Wednesday at a campaign event in Iowa.

“What is absolutely wild about this opinion from the Colorado Supreme Court is that it contains no limiting principle,” former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis posted on X.

“Republicans should immediately file suit in Colorado to remove Biden from the ballot, citing his failure to secure the border and allowing an invasion falls within the Court’s broad definition of ‘engaging in insurrection,'” she added.

Doesn't the idea of NEITHER of them being on the ballot seem... kind of exciting?

Hear me out - We wouldn't have to tolerate another 4 years of people crying and literally shaking because literally Hitler is going to usher in the Biblical Apocalypse. We wouldn't have a congress Hell-bent on destroying the country just for the sake of doing the opposite of what someone else is trying to do (like rrreeeee children). We also wouldn't have another 4 years of someone actively (and actually) trying to destroy the country and the economy, with press secretaries lying to our faces about it and taking illegal kickbacks from foreign countries along the way, using that money to fund wars to help their money launderers and illegal bio labs...

..... Instead, we could have 4 years of turmoil, unrest, civil disobedience, and the country burning down FOR COMPLETLY NEW, DIFFERENT, AND FUN REASONS!

Doesn't that sound like fun? Imagine the endless possibilities! I know I would be excited.

As Commander in Chief ... wouldn't Biden letting an invasion of tens of millions of foreigners into the country be dereliction of duty?? Aiding the enemy foreign and domestic. A Court Marshall for Biden is in order I think.

I can’t stand the anti-American clown named Biden but he has not been convicted of anything to keep him off any ballot.

Just like what they did to Trump is illegal as he has not been convicted of anything to do with the fake insurrection.

They are making the point about if Democrats are going to willy nilly take someone off the ballot, then they should expect the same in return.

I guarantee you that today, there are a bunch of Democrat controlled states consulting their own Supreme Court’s on how they can kick Trump off the ballots after seeing what Colorado did.
They know Biden can’t beat Trump in a fair and square election.
The closer we get, the more the con artists will be working overtime.

I am torn emotionally, because I WANT to celebrate both the mainstream A holes potentially getting rallied against,
but ultimately I think we're screwed no matter what from here onward.

On one hand, Having both Biden and Trump off the ballot so we can get new blood, and possibly a third party actually in office, to break the stranglehold of bipartisan establishment, is what we've so desparately needed for very long.


On the other hand, this is not the way you go about it,
and banning candidates not only sets a dangerous precedent,
but ensures election rigging in the future.


In short, we've lost our window to vote and protest to have a free country,
and this is the new anthem that ushers in open tyranny.


BTW, anybody else think if Trump and Biden are made ineligible, Hilary Clinton will suddenly "decide to run"?
I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if it was planned for that to happen.

Democrats do not believe in democracy. They haven't let their voters pick their candidate in the Democrat primary in at least the last 3 elections.

The overwhelming majority of superdelegates were pledged to Clinton in 2016 before the states those delegates were from had even had their primary/caucus. In 2020 the party again put their thumb on the scale, forcing candidates out of the race early so their portion of the vote would solidify behind Biden. And this time, the party colluded to not allow Kennedy to primary Biden.

The Democrat party is the party of the elites, and they openly act like it. Are you a Democrat voter? You do not get to choose your candidate. Your betters in the party machine do it.

Now they're trying to extend that control to the general election. The Democrat party will pick presidents. Not the voters. They despise voters. They want a one-party system like China has. They have long admired China's control over their populace and they want to bring that here.

They were a group of five Native American tribes, did indeed unite in order to strategically position themselves so that they could not only survive but also thrive amidst the European invasion.
