knowing fear and hatred out of context to survive is not a skill I would recommend, I prefer writing, " can make good decisions in stressful situations." instead. There is no place in my thinking for Holocaust denial.
The question of Holocaust Theology is fairly large. It isn't just one question, but many; and not just two points of view, but many.

There are people, like me, who think that basing one's self identity in a religious way upon the particular holocaust in exclusion of all other holocausts (such as Armenian genocide 1915–1917) is narrow minded and narrow minding.

People aren't free. It's a sort of sliding scale with many factors.
Place, time, family of birth, friends, associations, experiences, physical and emotional needs all factor in. But it is never an absolute.

Sure some people can meditate or something to get a brief feeling of freedom, but then it's back to washing dishes and paying bills, or even trying to find safe water to drink while dodging bombs and bullets.

I will use clearer language.. Epstein was a mosad agent that trafficked children to the elite of the world to be used as objects of pleasure. This was done in order to gain a level of narrative control. This is how scared these people are of a narrative breakdown.

Your language here isn't much clearer. It appears to me you are insinuating Jews are pedophiles and human traffickers. Like not merely a few, but most of Israel are trafficking in the sex slave industry. And by inference that includes most of Palestine. So the entire middle east is diddling kiddies. So it appears from your remarks.

And yet I wouldn't be tempted to call you antisemitic, because it's reductionist and lazy to use such labels at the first opportunity.

Antisemitism

What originally meant denigration of all semitic people including Arabs, Jews, Akkadians, and Phoenicians, quickly changed to be about Jews alone. Thus, mentally, delusionally excluding all other semites as irrelevant to any conversation.

That amounts to a mental/delusional genocide before a physical real genocide can occur. It is playing out now as we consider this issue.

I have a very controversial definition of a Jew: Someone who identifies as Jewish and is recognized by Jews as being such. It is a social construct, with no physical or metaphysical real difference from any other human.

So in a way I strip away the difference and in a way I commit mental genocide of Jews. Not that they would notice one bit. No one is harmed in the process. It's like some people who brag that they "are color blind" aka "not-racist".

So what does that do? It makes it so that I don't see any justification for a group of self-identified (labelled) humans to kill and displace a different group of humans who lack that label. Plain and simple.

I was just thinking about the contrast between words with anti prefixes as opposed to words with phobia suffixes.

A phobia is a fear of, it's an internal psychological condition.

Whereas anti implies a verbal statement or action.

In the U.S. we have homophobia, Islamophobia, Judeo-Christian phobia, xenophobia. These are thoughts and fears which lodge in minds.

The antis, like anti-immigration, anti-LGBTQ, anti-semitism, and anti-antisemitism are a call to act against, either legislatively or more actively.

Phobias are private, between a person and their support group, and can be somewhat quantified through polling.

Antis, on the other hand, are manifest in public speech and actions and legislation, and can be tracked and monitored through government and non-government agencies.

There is a disparity between phobias and antis.

So the guy who wrote the article referred to in the OP labels calls for cease-fire as antisemitic, but I saw a picture of 1000s of Israeli Jews in Israel calling for a cease-fire. I think there is a flaw in some people's definition of antisemitism, including the US State Department and US House definitions.
