The leading anti-Trump nominee is Kiki whats-her-face.
If she gets in, we're all so totally screwed.

As fraught with distrust as the US electoral systems are, do any of you naysayers have a better and fairer alternative?
a) paper ballots only, no electronic machines
b) nation wide Voter ID mandatory for all voting methods
c) one day elections
d) voting by mail is only for certain exigent circumstances, ballots must be requested by the Voter, Voter ID must be presented with the ballot request, all such ballot requests must be recorded and preserved
e) all ballots are counted and stored in the precinct where they are cast, and are never to leave said location until archived no sooner than two years after the election.
ETA: oh, and
f) any ballots that do not conform to all chain-of-custody requirements are declared null and void.

That all sounds reasonable to me.
Not sure how the American people will like being universally numbered and ID'd, though.

Have you ever heard of "social security numbers"?

Everyone who can vote should have a SSN. One vote per SSN.

When you register to vote you receive a voter ID number and card.
A voter ID card or number (which can be looked up) along with a photo ID, should be what's required to vote.
Keeping those voter rolls clean and up to date is also important. A company called Fractal is developing AI software that does just that, and does it surprisingly well.

We all know the fraud and how Biden could get a historical number of votes to even be more popular than Obama's first term by just sitting in his basement.
We know states really do not keep up with voter rolls, it is estimated that 30%+ of the names on each state voter roll are incorrect. The Democrats didn't want to clean these up because each of those incorrect voters was a mail ballot just waiting to be used. In the past, it wasn't such a big deal as one still needed to physically be there to vote so outdated rolls didn't change much, BUT holy hell automatically creating a ballot for each name on the roll and it turns it all into a massive scam.
Now add to this the Democrat's "grassroots" campaign that is going door to door to gather votes. Many states allow this and the Democrats have been experts in it, but add the massive influx of ballots and you have many that would never have been counted if people went to vote in the first place, or the voter rolls were up to date.
I said before that Democrats used school buses to go around and pick up the homeless and the poor and drive them to vote, oh BTW give them 20 bucks to "eat" and of course, you need to vote for XYZ. Now come forward to 2020 where all they needed to do was go house to house and gather ballots, help people fill them out, and even buy ballots as others gathered them too to make money. They would even gather Republican ballots as a favor, not that they would see the drop-off box though. Then we had the drop-off boxes that the liberals pushed extremely hard to have all over the place. This allowed one person to dump any number of votes without oversite as to why one person might have 30 votes over and over. Oh in WA one of my workers said he had to drive 2 hours to vote in person as the state only offered limited walk-in voting places, and told everyone to just use the mailed ballots.
As you think about the availability of ballots and uncontrolled dropoff boxes 81 million votes is easy to get when 30 million most likely would not have voted in the first place or were invalided to vote.

No. Just no. I already have enough trouble refusing to provide my SSN to everyone who thinks they are entitled to it.
Considering the amount of ID theft/fraud, the last place I want my SSN is stored in some other government databsswe where it can be stolen.
State issued ID is all that should be needed, as long as it is enforced.

17,852 INVALID “VOTES” were more than 4,000 “votes” MORE than necessary for @realDonaldTrump to have won the State of Georgia in 2020.

Bottom line: There was election fraud in Fulton county Georgia, and there were more than enough "errors" and fraudulent votes to hand Trump the state of Georgia in 2020.
I wouldn't get your hopes up that eventually enough fraud will be acknowledged in the swing states to finally prove Trump won the 2020 election, but I wouldn't rule it out either. This is at least a step toward public disclosure that one state and possibly more were given to Biden that Trump actually won.

Testimony this week in federal court by Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger reportedly contradicted claims that former President Donald Trump insisted he violate his oath of office by fabricating enough votes to win the state.
