I shopped at Walmart yesterday and 98% of the women there were fat. Fat women everywhere. Fat, fat, fat!
American women are FAT!
Fat in normal women represents between 18% and 20% of body weight, whereas in men it represents only 10% to 15%. The reason for this difference is that women at some point in their lives may nourish a fetus and then a baby from their own reserves, so women have to stock energy in the form of fat in anticipation of future pregnancies (and must stock even more energy during the last two trimesters of pregnancy).
For various reasons, different fat distributions occur in women according to climate. In hot countries, the fat is localized on the buttocks (black Africans), on the hips (Mediterraneans), and around the navel (certain Asians). This distribution avoids covering the woman with a hot coat of fat that would be difficult to bear and inefficient for thermoregulation during hot periods. In cold countries, the distribution of fat is more uniform, which provides for better protection during rigorous winters. However the fat is distributed, its main function is for the survival of the species as it provides for survival of the woman and her offspring during times of scarcity.

There is a distinct difference, ESPECIALLY in a Walmart, between women that have a little extra weight and those that are just fat.
These are the women of Walmart, especially in the Midwest.

Yeah .. there is something about Walmart, isn't there? When we lived in Alabama we used to shop there because that was THE store in the area and it had everything - groceries and goods. The people shopping there were .. um ... interesting. BIG people with LITTLE pieces of clothing that never covered the rolls.

If Obesity is now "normal", why is Southwest Airlines giving people an extra seat for free, if they "identify" as weighing 550 pounds, or more?

Where did the social programming come from that we all should cover the rolls? lol

All I know is that calling obesity NORMAL is not right. And saying that it has nothing to do with life choices, while at the same time calling the life choices people make the reason for obesity MAKES NO SENSE. This is what comes out of the Ivy Leagues as good doctoring? Pffft.

Common courtesy. No one wants to see someone else's fat rolls. It's gross.

It’s all about calories-in and calories burned. You could run 5 miles a day, or 100 but if you keep eating more calories than you burn you will stay fat.
They saying is is that “you cannot outrun a bad diet”.
However…….
I hit the gym every other day lift heavy weights and cardio, I’ll tell you this, that one inch of belly fat is damn near impossible to rid of unless I eat once a day, which sucks!! I did it but was it worth it?

Italy, those people a thin and smoking hot. I noticed the diet is lots of veggies, pasta, and very small amounts of meat. Small portions, and what’s funny, no gyms anywhere in sight, yet they are rail thin.

Yup, it's the meat, not the tons of refined sugars at their finger tips that is the problem.
Good call
