Trump had the same policy, only difference was 300,000 US troops would have travelled from Netherlands to Poland via train. There's plenty wrong with Biden without having to make stuff up like the Gateway Pundit article does.

The current contingency plans are for if Russia did a full scale invasion and/or nuclear war on Western Europe in 2035 onwards when neither candidate would be in power and both likely to be dead - The US has lagged behind in recent years and France is spearheading the European Defence Initiative to stop the over reliance on the US and threats from Russia to nuke European cities/plan to invade Poland and Romania after Ukraine.
