If we put aside trauma as a consideration at birth and death, we find another principle at work in conjunction with memory.

When we fall asleep and wake up, there is a curious inversion of consciousness that takes place. It looks like this in a human:

This process of consciousness of a human can be seen as a flower form. Those are the actual colours by the way, as are the number of petals. That number can vary from human to human.

That was made of a study into a (living) schizophrenic child. What we had to do was make sure that there was a clean and complete inversion of consciousness between waking and sleeping. When the dream state intruded on the waking consciousness, it was that she was still dreaming while awake. Thus, she saw things she should not have done.

I know at death there is an inversion of consciousness similarly. At birth I have not observed.

Why don't you read my break-down reply to quintessentone?

Nobody really reads anymore, do they?

Thanks NobodySpecial268, much appreciated. I know you can see as well, from our past convos.

Taking a break from this thread, perhaps I'll see you in another.

No worries fireslinger. Take it easy and keep in mind ATS is full of doom porn. So is another website we know. But they are a curious folk who look into the future. At times their doom is a warning of what is to come if we don't change our ways.

They drop warnings in a place other people can find.

I think I said it over on the other thread that the future is not set in stone.

Your opening salvo said all I needed to construct my anti-thesis .
The dialectic being the acceptance of the human animal’s nature.

Your ideas once again are nothing new.
In context , printed word to radio had the same effect as your description of this new evil way of delivering media. Then radio to television, television to our phones etc… the same result is achieved. Human animals want candy , sex & violence. The demand has been the same as have the idea of media as candy .
You aren’t solving a problem here , you are just stating the obvious like how a bicycle will speed up when going downhill.
What magical insight do you have & please deliver these metrics about this priori ramble you are on about.
There is always a person yelling about how worse it is now compared to some other way or time , but never uses context.
The Beatles upset the world for good or bad in comparison than TikTok & Netflix combined.

You might want to try reading between the lines, perhaps even cautiously exposing yourself to some of this next gen content, which makes the radio look like candy.

Glhf, I'm out.

Thats it ? You claim society is being programmed into tools , yet when asked to stand & deliver you run from debate.
Critical thinking is earned & not claimed.
Now tell me all about your found agenda in media that we all need to know about ?
Saying it is so isn’t proof.

Have you read past my OP yet? I know it's hard, you can do it. I was probably asking too much, for you to read between the lines. As you said, I'm clearly wasting my time here. Later.

You are into a realm of thinking here that I am short on. Inversion of consciousness? I'm missing your point here No.

Well when we fall asleep or wake up our consciousness turns inside out or outside in, that is what I refer to as inversion.

I've observed the same thing at death. That is why it takes two weeks our time for memories to return to the deceased.

Although I haven't observed it at birth, I suspect the same thing happens.

ETA: How to clarify?

When we learn the 'mirror work' and 'projection', the natural thing is to combine the two.

So we can come and go to wonderland through the looking glass.

The big problem is navigating wonderland.

I learned a lot of the navigation principals by projecting into the mind of a schizophrenic child and navigating those wonderlands.

Kids make wonderful patients, all they want to do is get better. Plus children instinctively put themselves in the care of those they trust.

Adults on the other hand come with baggage such as religion. Adults will fight you every inch of the way.

Okay look, we got off on the wrong foot. I can't offer you metrics or a dissertation. As I mentioned in my OP, it's difficult to describe. Something is very wrong with what we call entertainment these days. I'm learning here that it's an unexplored area, so I'll chill out about it.

I'm perfectly sane, and have been studying this for a while. I value the honing of intuition and experience more than anything else. Metrics can be generated by AI these days, right? So my belief is, you have to trust yourself more than anything. It's okay if we disagree, all good.

Memories of having been alive or memories of being a conssious entity at all............ And you say that you have observed this? Physically? Or how have you observed this.

Of being alive.

When my mother passed on, I saw her a day or two latter. She was sitting up in an afterlife bed excitedly telling the people standing beside her how she was a star in the ballet.

I was standing a short distance away from the bottom of her bed.

She looked at me but did not know who I was. The look on her face was she thought she should. Clearly, my mother did not remember me.

Why? Well that is a simple thing.

At age of sixteen years she became a soloist in the Ballet company, and I was not born until a few years later.

The memories return in emotional order. The most important or strongest first.

You see it was a desire that brought her to the desire world, she achieved that at sixteen. The rest is fill in.

My deceased mother looked all of sixteen years.

It was interesting to see who was not with her. Her deceased father and deceased brother in law were there. Both doted on her in life. The matriarch of the family was absent by the way.

Another couple wanted to find each other in life and fall in love, get married and have a family of their own. In the afterlife they were the image of their wedding photos.

And you say that you have observed this? Physically? Or how have you observed this.

Umm, I can see the fairies and the dead. The fae have been my tutors.

I added to a post above, you may not have seen it:

OK, thank you. I needed to better understand a fuller context, a context of the manner in which you perceive reality in order to make sense of your comments. You have allowed me this. It is foreign to my own approach in this incarnation and will take it into account as our conversations move forward.

thanks again

The fae teach in a different way to humans, have a different consciousness and go about things different. No written nor oral teachings do they have. They fed me to a worm one day and left me there to figure it out. Kinda a survival thing if they regard the exercise not outside your ability.

I see it as you and I examining an object from different perspectives. Human and fae. We need to allow differences in perception of reality.

I've had several days not to let our discussion percolate and this morning some pieces fell together for me. Maybe.

When I was younger, I think I mentioned, I had numerous encounters with ''others''. One was a simple message system, not of anything complex or really eye opening but rather a quiet reassurance. It was accomplished by the playing card the king of clubs. During moments of trial or moments of intense considerations this specific card would show up in a deck. Or on a shelf or under a table. Certainly nothing to pin a whole life's philosophy on or to write a book about but this communication has lasted throughout my adult life. Me being a skeptical sort, I don't take it alone as any kind of a ''here's what to do or what to believe, but rather more of a friendly pat on the head telling me all is going well. Ya know?

Anyway, I know that early on in my life I made a decision to not follow a path that I think is in some manner similar to yours. I might have but I didn't. I don't know as that decision was based on fear so much but now as I consider it the need to isolate to a degree my investigations into the nature of this place we find ourselves in.

Like a science experiment sorta. In a way I think we are all our own experiments, experiments in this physical plane to test the waters so to speak. Test the rivers of life, the lakes of will or the seas of potential. Do you understand my drift here?

From our earlier conversation the whole idea of fae and the breath of your own perceptions allowing for a broader field at play in our world, not that I discounted it but rather that I had been leaving it fallow in a corner, so thank you for that.
