Nothing. The Constitution makes it very clear that it is up to the states to decide how electors are selected. No state has provisions for an alternate slate of electors.

You do not understand how much this pains me, knowing how wrong you are most of the time, but you are correct on this based upon my initial search for Nevada Legislative.
In fact I have yet to find a provision for what to do in the case of fraud, let alone massive fraud as is the case of Nevada.

In the case for NV the electors have to be certified through the Secretary of State.
THIS is unconstitutional.
This is the State Legislatures sole authority to setup, govern, adjudicate, investigate Federal Elections.
SoS has no authority, none!
They cannot prosecute the "fake" electors successfully with criminal charges.

In regards to which electors can be used.
From this document only the VP has the authority to count EC votes.
Pence could have chosen on his own which votes to count.
Thus the Jan. 6 "riots" Pelosi planned and orchestrated that day to get Pence into their rat hideaway tunnels convinced Pence to not count and address the multiple sets of electors that day. He had publicly stated he was going to count the "fake" electors that day that came from the disputed States that showed massive voter fraud.

There is a very specific chain of command for the electoral college. No one can be 'fooled' and if they are they should not be in that position. IN Nevada there is also a law against fatihless electors that if challenged would not stand up to the SCOTUS precedent.

This was all about causing an issue so that the election could be looked at closer, which it should.

The bottom line...this could never have happened and had no affect on the outcome. This is simple retribution.

The only place they could have filed it would be with the state. It should have been laughed at and told these losers to go home.

Yes. I would. The rules should be followed. In this case, they could not have affected the outcome of anything. Also, a state can have alternate electors in case one shows as a faithless elector in many states. Last time that happened was 2016 when some broke for HRC.

I am not a MAGA Trumper who thinks he and his ilk walk on water. I like his America First policies. He included everyone.

This is all so the media and the left can make it look like Trump was trying to 'steal the election' with FAKE ELECTORS.

True democracy is NOT about breaking the law when we feel like it. However it is also NOT weaponizing the law to get the results you want, which is what the current crop of deep state Marxists are currently doing. They break the law when they want and weaponize it wherever they can. These people are not democratic, or they wouldn’t have broken the law by using massive voter fraud to win an election they knew they couldn’t win otherwise.
The current crop of Marxists have no respect for the law or for democracy. They get their way by any means necessary no matter how many laws they have to break. And they sure as heck don’t respect the Constitution of America. Using voter fraud is not democratic.
