That's a whole lotta projection, there, you're putting on me for not buying your erroneous claim that the Judicial Branch is lesser than the Executive or the Legislative Branch of the US Government.

I don't care about your political views of the Judicial system, your Trump worship or even your projection of America's future.
You're simply wrong that the Judicial Branch is a lesser branch of the three branches of the US Government.

You can believe that.
In the meantime this current SC validates all I have been saying.
It is different now.
Way different.

A president cannot rule on law but he appoints the SCOTUS.
A president cannot create law but he can veto. (Can they overturn a veto, yes, about 5% have. )
A president is in charge of the Executive Branch which is the DOJ. The law of the land.

A president has always had complete power...until Donald Trump was elected and then removed.

It is not about lesser but more power. The 3 branches are no longer equal.

How'd that work out for President Obama and Merrick Garland?

The President is charged with executing the law of the land, which is why the Department of Justice is under the Executive Branch, while the judges who hear and decide on the cases the DOJ brings forward are under the Judicial Branch.

The Constitution was derived from the Constitutional ConventionConstitutional Convention where they gathered together to decide what form of government.

Sortof...

What became known as the Constitutional Convention is actually the perfect argument against the insanity being pushed by some called the CoS ('Convention of States').

The stated goal and intent of what turned into the Constitutional Convention was to simply make a few minor changes to The Articles of Confederation. Once there though, they decided to just ignore their mandate, and come up with something entirely different and new.

Luckily for us, back then, the men who attended still had the best interests of their fellow man at heart.

If the CoS ever happens, that will absolutely not be the case, and it will be a quick and final death of this experiment we all call these United States of America.

You mean when a Federal Lawsuit was filed so they could appoint that guy? Yea. It worked out the way it should have.

I understand how it all works. The bottom line, is before 2016, the President was the de-facto in charge and you know it. They had the power.

Appeals Court ruled Trump could be sued for something he has not been found guilty of perpetrating?

They can't be that stupid...

Or can they?
