Yeah,it seems to me he was a mediocre functionary who was catapulted to the top of the pile due to a lack of real leadership in that party for decades. And now yes, he is an old man who bumbles his way though the day bounding off reality like a steel ball in a pinball machine.

This may not sink in with heavy Democrat supporters and definitely won't stop mail ballot counterfeiting and tampering and "adjustable" sensitivity settings on signature verification scanners.
