EXCLUSIVE: Retired US Army Colonel says secret UFO projects should be made public by October 2030 - to beat America's rivals and get ahead of a 'catastrophic' leak
The revelations came amid an invite-only UFO gathering at Stanford University
Karl E. Nell, a recently retired Army Colonel and current aerospace executive who was the Army’s liaison for the UAP Task Force from 2021 to 2022 and worked with Grusch there, characterizes Grusch as “beyond reproach.”
The pivot emerged this weekend at an invite-only conference of former government officials, tenured physicists and other academic researchers, activists and reporters, held at Stanford University and attended by DailyMail.com.
The most explosive moments from the UFO event — the first ever symposium of the new nonprofit Sol Foundation, which is dedicated to exploring the broad implications of what are now called 'Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena' or UAP — came from recently retired US Army Colonel Karl E. Nell.
On Saturday, Col. Nell called for a 'UAP campaign plan' to compel transparency as well as 'a Manhattan Project' to successfully reverse engineer recovered UAP craft.
His stated goals, as heard by DailyMail.com at the event, were nothing less than broad transparency on covert UAP programs 'on or before conclusion of the decade.' In a later slide, Col. Nell projected his strategic hope that so-called 'disclosure' on the UAP issue would be complete by October 1, 2030, although he admitted his timeline targets were 'at risk' of falling behind.
Sol's lofty goal, as described by its chief operating officer - the now famous UFO whistleblower and US Air Force and intel veteran David Grusch - is to 'open ourselves to a future where truth, unity, technological advancements and a deeper understanding of our existence converge'
Yoshiharu Asakawa, a member of the Japan Restoration House of Representatives, says "the UAP problem suddenly accelerated today" and a national policy briefing session will be held on December 20th.
Meanwhile, Nolan’s introduction to the field was experiential. In an indelible childhood memory, Nolan recalls seeing an apparent spacecraft above the woods while on his newspaper route in his hometown of Windsor, Conn. In another, as a 5- or 6-year-old, he awoke to alien figures in his bedroom. Decades later in a bookstore, he saw the cover of Communion: A True Story, Whitley Strieber’s best-selling account of his own alleged encounters with aliens. “I just remember having a near nervous breakdown because it was what I had seen as a child in my bedroom,” Nolan says.
Not long after the release of the documentary, Sirius, in 2013, two men stopped by his campus lab. Nolan declines to name them but says one claimed to be ex-CIA; the other, an executive with an aerospace company. They came carrying MRIs showing brain scans of pilots, intelligence agents, and others suffering from a host of ailments whose possible causes included alleged proximity to UFOs. They knew that Nolan—a pioneer in a technique called CyTOF that was revolutionizing cell analysis—had a powerful machine for blood analysis, and they wanted his help getting more data.
Nolan signed onto the project. His path would bring him in contact with veteran UFO scholars—including Vallée, who would co-author the Council Bluffs paper—and governmental officials investigating UFO reports. One of them was Jay Stratton, who retired from the U.S. government in 2022 as the first director of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force. He gave Nolan’s name to pilots who were concerned they’d been exposed to the propulsion systems of UFOs but were reluctant to speak with a military doctor. “He has just been one of the guys in my Rolodex, and he’s there anytime we needed him and his expertise,” Stratton says.

More alarm bells rang when I saw that fellow's photo, especially his military intelligence insignia. The reason the UFO circus has gone on so long is that the intel people have controlled it for their own purposes.
Cheers

Thousands of UFOs seen all over the planet for over 100 years. But the U.S. is only nation to have one in its possession?

The discussions of "secret projects" surrounding crashed UFOs always reference the USA, and our desire to keep the secrets out of the hands of other nations. It's like we (the USA) have the only genuine UFO in the world, sequestered away in some giant laboratory.

First alarm bells start ringing when I see where this is held:
The revelations came amid an invite-only UFO gathering at Stanford University
As a long time researcher in certain topics tangential to UFOlogy I’ve long said:
All roads lead to Stanford:
US military/CIA/DIA projects of from mild to extremely black take place here.
Remote viewing projects Grill Flame/Stargate/Sun Flame all get their origin here (a big shell game has been played since the 70’s where the government simultaneously acknowledges it works and then says it doesn’t - closes it when attention is brought, renames it, and opens it elsewhere). Led by Russel Targ who’s memoir is pure leaking on subjects such as remote assasinations and more.
And more notably for this discussion Hal Puthoff who is buddy buddy now with "leaker" Grusch.
MKULTRA also studied extra sensor perception at Stanford.
Imagine the tie-ins. I’ve covered them more in depth in many other threads here.
So we have the black site research facility with black ops scientists leaking to Grusch and having a UFO/UAP disclosure event.
Alarm bells ringing in so many ways to me.
Speaking of which, the speaker Nell was oddly included in Thedebrief article on Grusch:
Karl E. Nell, a recently retired Army Colonel and current aerospace executive who was the Army’s liaison for the UAP Task Force from 2021 to 2022 and worked with Grusch there, characterizes Grusch as “beyond reproach.”
So seems like Nell and Puthoff are two behind the scene leakers/pushers of Grusch’s disclosure.
So what are they pushing here?
The pivot emerged this weekend at an invite-only conference of former government officials, tenured physicists and other academic researchers, activists and reporters, held at Stanford University and attended by DailyMail.com.

2030 reminds me of another Agenda being pushed by certain powers which doesn’t seem coincidental.
The host is an organization formed according to the daily mail article by Grusch et all to:
Sol's lofty goal, as described by its chief operating officer - the now famous UFO whistleblower and US Air Force and intel veteran David Grusch - is to 'open ourselves to a future where truth, unity, technological advancements and a deeper understanding of our existence converge'
So alarm bells ringing all over on this one for me.
A few I’ve mentioned and many more which would be chasing a rabbit down a hole too big for this thread.
There’s a lot more in the article, so enjoy.

Are these secret projects true?
Maybe they are but on the other hand they are just projects dealing with military technology and not alien spacecrafts.

We're going to Titan in 2027 to look for life, and expectations are high. I'm sure by then lots of alien revelations and discoveries will happen.
