Israel is minimizing civilian causualties as best they can.

Hamas is making it impossible.

Do you expect Israel to just give up and wait to be attacked, over and over again, because they may have to kill some civilians to get to Hamas.

Hamas needs to worry as much about their own women and children as Israel is expected to.

Hamas certainly doesn't give a crap about ANY civilians.
