But I will ask one simple question for those that don’t want to see neighborhoods destroyed in Gaza. Does Hamas launch and store its terror rockets any other places than neighborhoods and public spaces? I haven’t seen any evidence they do?

Israel has hostages too in prisons. So basically if hostages are human shields then Israel is doing it to this day.

False equivalency. Is the hostage taker in your scenario someone who has kmjust killed thousands of innocents? Then yes. If you were the hostage you'd think that would be motivation to fight back. So why are Palestinians such cowards?

How are prisoners in prison hostages. Can you prove they didn’t receive due process. Vs 200 hostages taken during a terror attacked killing 1200 people?

The report – Judge, Jury and Occupier – is a deep dive into the diverse ways in which Palestinians’ rights are being violated – from arrest, through interrogation, conviction and jail time. It reflects the experiences of Palestinian lawyers and human rights groups. The prisoners’ rights organisation I lead, Addameer, was proud to contribute evidence.

The military judicial system is part of a “separate and unequal” reality. In contrast to Palestinians, Israeli settlers arrested in the West Bank are tried in civilian courts inside Israel. Two populations, two different legal systems – Israel’s largest human rights group is therefore right to call this a form of apartheid.

You really can't discern the difference? You get your news from memes and Tik Tok too huh? Hitler, like hamas, captured, tortured, and killed non-combatants based purely on race and religion. Go ask Dresden if they're upset about being carpet bombed. They're not, because they're infinitely smarter than you. Instead, they did the equivalent of banning hamas afterwards, because they're not cowards like Palestinians are. Israel targets combatants. Storing weapons in schools and hospitals is also a war crime, though you clearly don't seem to care about that.

Seriously? Your derailing the thread because some judge doesn’t like Israel’s due process and trying to compare that to 200 hostages taken from a terror attack and Hamas trying to bargain with their lives? Where 1200 Israelis were slaughtered?

The same palestinians that killed, raped, tortured 1400 and kidnapped hundreds.

It's always a tragedy when children die, but the blame is on the palestinians from the events of Oct 7th.
