if it is bs then explain why i have enough bus fare for two trips to the doctor and that is all. i had a car accident (not my fault). and due to my injeries can not work. i have an insurance claim that has been held up for 6 months due to problems beyond my controll. i am waiting to hear from social services but have been warned that i might not get anything due to it being a matter for the insurance company. my work benifets ran out two months ago i have put myself into major debt on my bank overdraft. the only reason i have a place to live is my parrents have managed to squeeze me some rent money. if it wasn't for that i would be out in the streets myself. acording to laws here i can not even begin to sue untill after a year has passed. right now i am dreading the news that my services will be shut off.

so how is it my fault? i seem to be slipping through the cracks at the moment myself., so i can certainly see how it could happen to others. i probably would have sutaind less injuries if i had gone and just not hit my breaks possibly killing someone. but i did what i was suppost to do and tried to avoid causeing more harm and now i am the one paying for it. if you talk to a lot of the homeless you will find that they had tried to stay off the streets but when money runs out you are screwed.

so do not lecture me that there was something they could have done. but you are right this should not have happened. but perhaps jusy possibly they fell through the cracks themselves through no fault of their own. there are safty nets out there but many people seem to miss and slip between them. perhapse you would have some small understanding if you had been in trubble yourself. had seen for yourself just how easy it is to come close to looseing everything.

i never said that what happened was perfectly fine. but when in desperate circumstances people will do desperate things to survive and damm how propper. moral or legal it is, it matters not. only survival matters in the end when you are desperate.
