The SAFE Act

The SAFE Act would:

Render Palestinian Authority passport holders (covered aliens) inadmissible to the U.S.
Bar DHS Sec from granting immigrant/non-immigrant visas to covered aliens.
Revoke visas issued to covered aliens on or after October 1.
Bar DHS Secretary from granting covered aliens Temporary Protected Status.
Bar DHS Secretary from granting future asylum or refugee status to covered aliens.
Revoke Refugee or Asylum status for covered aliens if requested on or after October 1.
Bar DHS Sec from paroling a covered alien.
Revoke parole of covered aliens if paroled on or after October 1.
Direct DHS with ICE/USCIS to identify and remove covered aliens without lawful status (including newly revoked status).

Trump's former Secretary of the Interior (who resigned over an ethics scandal) has proposed a bill that would ban any Palestinian from entering the country. It would also kick out any Palestinian that has arrived in the country since October 1st. So far, 10 Republicans have signed on as co-sponsors.

This is state sponsored racism, plain and simple. It could also be a dry-run for the Muslim ban that Trump has been floating at rallies.

I understand why a lot of Muslims are angry at Biden's response to the war in Israel, but this is a look at the future if Trump regains the White House.

Biden is just priming the war engine for Trump, kinda how Trump primed the COVID response for Biden, all to benefit the rich. "You scratch my back I'll scratch yours."

Try being a Russian in the United States right now, and most of them are here legally. Or maybe it's not racism to harass them because they're white.

This legislation sounds reasonably smart to me, considering the US is an enemy of these people and they would like to see America die as much as they would Israel. Maybe you have forgotten Palestinians celebrated 911 and are hoping to see another attack. Death to America!

How are Palistanians a race? They are a group of Arabian tribes that the other arabs don't even like. They have said they want to kill you but you want them for neighbors? That is assuming you live in the USA.

Funny. Every Palestinian I've met has had no issue with me. In fact, they've been lovely people.

My question is why are our representatives wasting their time on BS measures that even idiots know have zero chance of going anywhere? And why do people get so worked up over these constant nothing burgers?

It's just a waste of time, energy, money and braincells for everybody that's willing to play the game.

Palestine isnt a race.

It's a culture.

If the culture has declared war on you, it isn't discrimination.

The word has been misused and abused so much that it no longer has any relevance.

The USA welcomes and embraces foreigners with no nefarious intention toward the US, and using legal channels to do so.
