Would the 100,000 have voted for him if they knew he was wanted for crimes in S.America? That he stole thousands of dollars? That he has had multiple names and scams? The person they voted for was not real. He was the fraudulent part of the election.

Probably, but for WMC to post that he's there because of the will of the people, yes he was voted in, but he was a fraud and they didn't know. So now he has to stay? Nah.

Does that same sentiment hold for Presidents?
The constituents express their desires through their representatives.

tell me when was the last time your senator or representative called you up and asked you your desire on a certain matter.
cuase i know none of mine ever have for the past 40 years and ever asked me anything.
and they were not all Republicans polled...so...uhm....nope.
653 NY03 registered voters
Voters that say they voted for Santos in November say that he should resign by 58-34%. While those that voted for Democrat Robert Zimmerman support resignation by 94-4%, those that say they voted for “another candidate” – there wasn’t one - and those that refused to say who they voted for, support Santos resigning by 75-10%

Has to Stay?
So no he doesn't have to stay; he just shouldn't be removed by anyone but his constituents .... assuming you believe in democracy.
I don't think you understand how representative democracy works.

i understand exactly how it's suppose works, your the one who doesn't to understand santos is not looking out for his constituents. he's has always been looking out for himself. just like 95% of the elected reps and senators who when they go to DC and make 174,000 dollars and with a few years your worth millions your not looking out for for your constituents.
to continue to let him stay in the seat with what has been said he did before, and during his run that is provable known he's done and not be expelled is a crime against the american people.
their not booting him for two reasons.
republicians don't want to loose any of their majority
both dems one and republicans know that if he is every one of them can be if found out they are crooks
"A crime against the American people" .... WTF?
