Helen Clarke, the Prime Minster of New Zealand, was left bruised and shaken after the door of her plane blew open at 8,000 feet. The craft, a
twin-engined Piper Aztec was forced to make an emergency landing.
Turbulence is being blamed as the cause of the door opening but that seems really far-fetched to me.
Are there really such things as aircraft 'accidents' when it comes to politicians?
