Something very important happened and nobody seemed to notice

While we are edging ever closer to a global confrontation, something extraordinary has happened along the American political spectrum.

The poles have flipped.

Religious conservatives have adopted a BAMN attitude wrt the conflict raging in the middle East while lefties seem to riding a wave of common sense in that they are the ones advocating for an end to the hostilities. While some of their motives might be misdirected in that the mostly sympathize more with Palestinians than with Jews, when it comes to the position of a ceasefire, they are in the right. Ironically enough a ceasefire will restore some of the tarnished reputation of the zionists but through their actions they are isolating themselves on the global stage.

Well, the pendulum has finally swung and next year a republican will become the 47th POTUS.

I'll admit I didn't see this coming the way it did, but here we are.

I’m still working and have a nice paid off house. Our rate was something around 6. Sold a lake house and traded up in 2000.

The left/right paradigm keeps people polarized and fighting against each other, and imagining that either side can achieve what has already been proven after thousands of years and all forms of human government conceivable to be impossbile: humankind is not meant to rule himself.
