The House Committee investigating The Biden Family has released another copy of a Biden Family check for $40,000 paid to Joe from his Sister-in-Law.

Somebody else has made a picture timeline on this possible money laundering caper.

The Family is eventually going to have to prove these "loans" are genuine and not money laundering !!

The big question will be how Joe transferred the money to James for the "loan", and what "records" (still) exist?

James Comer: Joe Biden Received $40,000 in China Money Again Disguised as Loan Repayment

Joe Biden received $40,000 in laundered CEFC China Energy Co. money in 2017 from the account of his brother, James Biden, and sister-in-law, Sara Biden, once again in the form of a personal check labeled as a “loan repayment,” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) uncovered Wednesday in a newly released bank records memorandum.

*. . . . . . .*
July 30, 2017: Hunter Biden put pressure on Zhao for a $10 million payment using the influence of Joe Biden, who was “sitting” in the room, according to a screenshot of a WhatsApp message from an IRS whistleblower in June.

August 8, 2017: Hunter-Biden-linked bank accounts received about $5 million in payments from Zhao within ten days of the text, using proximity to Joe Biden as a cudgel. (Northern International Capital, a Chinese company affiliated with CEFC, sent $5 million to Hudson West III, a joint venture established by Hunter Biden and CEFC associate Gongwen Dong.)

August 8, 2017: On the same day, $400,000 was wired to Owasco, P.C. from Hudson West III, another entity controlled by the president’s son.

August 14, 2017: Hunter Biden then wired $150,000 to Lion Hall Group, an entity owned by Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden, and his wife, Sara Biden.

August 28, 2017: Sara Biden withdrew $50,000 in cash from Lion Hall Group. On the same day, Sara Biden deposited $50,000 into her shared personal checking account with James Biden.

September 3, 2017: Sara Biden wrote Joe Biden a check for $40,000 for a “loan repayment,” a method Republicans say is used to launder money.

Wanna' bet they don't? Wanna' bet they get away with it all?
Everyone is watching Israel. No one is beating down on the Biden corruption.

Nothing to see. Move along.

Did you see what Trump is doing?

Raskin has stated the are financial records showing that Biden did loan his brother the money a month or so before the loan repayment.

Answer me this, if this is an impeachable offense for Biden, does that mean that Trump can be impeached for his direct, out of office business dealings with Saudi Arabia?

Where'd Biden get the money to loan out?

Not even the GOP is taking Comer seriously any more. It's so damn sad.

I say let him keep going, he's been at it for a long while now and hasn't been able to find anything that can be used outside of social media. Where's the harm, I guess? I can't see any.

He's not hurting anyone but himself so far.

His 2017 book deal estimated to be about $8 million. He also has his government pension that pays out over $100,000 a year.

Does Comer have proof that Biden violated any laws? Doesn't seem like it since he just keeps showing the same check over and over again.

LOL, has he arrested anyone? Charged anyone? He's gathering evidence. It's what you do before you charge someone for a crime. But since the DERP idiots on the left do it in reverse with Trump, I can see how you would be confused.

eta:
and one check for $200,000, and another for $40,000 seem to be different checks. One came from his brother, and one from his sister in law.
They are two different checks. But don't worry a bit about it. I'm sure Joe can show the transaction where he lent the money to them, clearing all this up. Just remember, as long as Joe did nothing wrong, he has nothing to worry about.

I am thinking that one of the biggest businesses on the federal level has been quid pro quo type garbage and that the entire political system is divided between those that partook and those that did not. I think the rancid hatred for Trump is his stated willingness to do something about it. So in to me, this is the real American 2 paarty system. Those who are corrupt and criminal and those that are not.

Also I find people on message boards that defend this garbage must either be brainwashed, naive, or part of that system and trying their best to protect it.

How many copies did he sell, to make $8 million dollars?

Feel free to read what Raskin has said on the matter. Weeks ago he said the were records that Biden had provided his brother two personal loans and that they were both repaid in a couple months.

This seems to jive with Raskin's description of events.

The "Book Deal" is just another money laundering scheme. I'd say a deep dive into who the companies involved are, and who purchased the books would reveal a lot of discrepancies. Like some political organization buying 10,000 copies of a book about what a great guy Joe Biden is.

It's a grift, and many folks do it.

I already know the answers. It's why I asked. 😉

They have to find the answers themselves. They've already covered their ears.

You are aware that authors get paid an advance by a publisher in exchange for publication rights, right?

Oh sh!t, if Jamie Raskin said it, then I gots to believe it.

LOL, you do make me smile.

Rather than tell me all about what the guy who sucks Joes toes says, show me the bank records where Joe sent his brother the 200k. K?

The deal was made with Flatiron Books for three works of non-fiction. The royalties Biden has received from his books are included in his tax returns.
