He has shown the American people how deeply corrupt their federal and state governments truly are.

It really runs deep.

Soo far the witch hunt has been allowed to go unrestricted against Trump, every time it collapses, they are going state by state trying to get a bias piece of crap judge that take a case against him, the end result is praying that they can find an idiot judge to get Trump off the ballot for 2024.

Something that if done will be easily thrown away by the supreme court.

But the communist in US in the name of democrat's leadership keep targeting their most dangerous opponent to their marxist agenda for the US, Trump.

I wonder if they will go farther than just a idiot judges and courts to take cases.

You know eventually they will run out of option; Trump may have to invest on some very heavy armed vehicles and special guards.

This coming year will mark an acceleration to the inevitable bottom. Mark my words.

Things are only now just getting started.

At this point, I wonder if Trump is safer in jail? Secret Service would take over the entire facility with a no-fly zone. Maybe campaigning from jail, will be the safest for him?

So it was under Reagan, prior to Clinton impeachment.

Not being a legal eagle of any kind, I dont really understand what happened to change from 'independent counsel' as Ken Starr was and 'special counsel' as Smith is.

Is that something you could dumb down for me?

This really gets old. So how is it that the 1st Impeachment evens stands as an impeachment as it was based on false evidence.

So he worked the system legally and they just keep on running him down. Lets play the race card as to whom the prosecutors are of what color and fast forward and link it to the BLM support for HAMAS.

Oh, we cant write that?

Relating to Mr. Jack Smith, IMO if this story is true he needs to go to Gitmo, be given a military tribunal and worse.

Why? We know for a fact that the "Election Defense Fund" was never really a thing and instead this money was going into the pockets of Trump and his friends.

If Smith looked into it and decided there's a chance the case wouldn't come back with a conviction he's going to drop it.

Because everyone knows all this is a coordinated democrat weaponization of federal power to keep they're actual crimes from being exposed and prosecuted.

Remember Epstein? he died by suicide in jail, nobody is safe under the type of government that have taken over the US infesting our own government agencies including national security.

Personally, this is FED Standard Operating Procedure.

1. They attempt to discredit. If that stalls or doesnt work go to step two.

2. They attempt to run you out of cash. If that stalls or doesnt work go to step three

3. They run you into the ground so you committ sucide

We are at step three and the all in pile on is to have himself. They know exactly what they are doing and it goes to the core of the DOJ and higher.

My point was the jailers would be replaced with Secret Service. They'd take over the entire jail.

See the post right above this. A permanent indefinite fund was set up for special counsels in 1988.

Starr derived his authority from Title VI of the Ethics in Government Act. This expired in 1999. Following this expiration, Reno went about promulgating the federal regulations that are still in use regarding the appointment and duties of a special counsel under 28 CFR 600.

That is not dumbed down! In laymans terms, how did it functionally change?

It really didn't. The major difference is how they were appointed. Currently they are appointed by the Attorney General. Previously, it would still be up to the AG to determine whether or not an independent counsel was needed but the actual person appointed to the role would be decided by a three-panel judge.

For example, Starr wasn't the first prosecutor assigned to the Whitewater case. The Ethics in Government Act had originally expired in 1992 and was not reauthorized until 1994. During that time period, Reno had appointed Robert Fiske to the role of independent counsel. When the Ethics in Government Act was reauthorized in 1994, Reno wanted to keep Fiske on in the role but a panel of judges appointed Starr instead.

Well that would explain these open ended witch hunts using known false/faked/manufactured evidence against Trump.

If they had any real oversight overseeing them, they wouldn’t even be happening.

Interesting. So a 3 judge panel is less subject to bias than an AG riding shotgun for the POTUS?

Hardly independent counsel anymore, is it?

And an AG doing the appointing.

And an AG doing the appointing.

along with the part where the appointment was supposed to be independent, (meaning not employed by the government) but rules are more like guidelines under democrats.
