Resetting passwords

Good evening all,

I am not home so I can't assist with anyone's logins now as I've never done any mod stuff on my phone (too small a screen, things can go south quickly, past horror stories are plenty).

I just wanted to post a quick note to everyone who's still having trouble. Sending u2u messages here on ATS to staff for help is not going to help. If your account is "in limbo" you can read posts, you can even send u2us but when we reply you will not be able to read it. Your account is not properly authenticating. This is very frustrating, believe me I know. This is why most people have been recommending reaching us via Discord.

Also, at some point this evening I will be posting a full disclosure of our knowledge of what happened to ATS last week and what's been going on ever since. I've seen the amount of people asking questions and it's my belief that you deserve answers. You will have to keep in mind that I can only answer what I know (which in some aspects of the situation is nothing, or very little).

My interest is in the community. I will do the best I can to explain the bits that I do know and at least explain the what/how if the stuff I don't know. Let's keep in mind that the majority of us have been here a long time and we all want what's best for a place we've grown to love.

The old passwords are wiped. They will not work again, that's why we've had to reset accounts one by one, manually.

We need to get you back on the right side of the Looking Glass.

I've clicked on the password link (Discord) and end up on a very empty channel that says there are no text channels available.

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
