Can’t load photos

I’m not able to load pics anymore, anyone else having this issue? I had a lot of pics in my last account so it’s not like I don’t know how🤷‍♂️

Just tried and it worked. Having a separate issue though.

Site icons aren't loading so I can't see stars or flags or a lot of the menu items.
Started a few minutes ago.

Maybe it's just a weather issue messing with server connection?
Hopefully.

There was a cloudfare error for a minute at 9:14 AM (Perth Western Australia time). My "v" icon worked before the error and not after.

So maybe folks are still working in the background.

Before anything else, I have to ask the usual questions...

Are the images in one of these formats:

. gif
. png
. jpg (not jpeg)

And, are they less than 2 Mb?

I just tried and all is working at my end.

They’re png’s, they seem to download okay but the pic doesn’t show up.

I have a conversion app that converts jpeg to png, it’s worked 99% of the time in the past.

How do you convert jpeg to jpg on Mobil? Is there a app for that too😂. Would be nice if ats could update that, I believe most people’s pics are jpeg, seems a bit antiquated.

Do they upload and then disappear? Every time that has happened to me it was for two reasons. 1. They were too large, even 2Mb exactly won't load. 2. I loaded two or more images at the same time... one loads, the rest don't.

If you continue to have problems, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

Curious which vpn you use? The last one I used did not work well with this site, forget why but it was buggy.

There are many ftee online services, no need for an app unless you need to work offline.

Yeah they download but don’t appear. In the past it seems I got a warning saying file to large, can’t remember.

I don't ever remember a size warning... typically, the server just ignores it.

If you're on a PC, don't trust Windows File Explorer to give you an exact size. I once had a 1.9Mb file that wouldn't upload to ATS... it turned out to be 1.98Mb and ATS didn't like it. I always reduce my images to a max of 1.8Mb to be sure.

Any file usually can be interpreted by an OS as having two sizes. One is the file size, the other is the space it occupies on any given volume.

That can vary a lot depending on the cluster size of the storage medium.
