Court ends for the day with Eric boldly stating, "I did this!" when asked if his father had any hand in adding a clause to Weisselberg's severance agreement that makes his payments contingent on not cooperating with investigators.

It should be noted that the severance agreement was created after Weisselberg had already struck a plea deal with prosecutors that included his cooperation in the tax fraud case against Trump Organization.

Isn't Eric Trump an agent for the company and is the company owned by Donald Trump? Donald Trump is responsible for his company agents' actions, is he not?

MAL is zoned as a club. If Trump were to sell it he could not sell it as a private residence. So why was it valued as a private residence in the SOFC?

He is rich?
And lives in a huge estate.
And he is rich.

This case should lead to indictments of all of Congress and the Senate and current top corrupt President.

They actually, all of them, used their office and power to enrich themselves.

Trump and his family lost in business from the outset.
And now prosecuted for business they used to do even.

I am not sure you like how this ends.

Nothing good coming from it for the average person at all.
Soon you will be financing local governments and municipalities from confiscating businesses and land.

IMHO.
The tax code is wayyyyyyyyÿ too complicated and practically should be eliminated.

A straight 15% tax across the board on luxury purchases is more than enough if not too much.

Demonopolize everything and outlaw the stockmarket after it crashes.
Empower local businesses and commerce through blockchain to regulate instead all the 3 letter unelected bureaucracy that saps our production and cannot be fired, only grow.

Look at this stupidity we are discussing.
It is the result of unaccountable regulators regulating businesses they have no part in and has no victims.

And that's the President....and his family....and his friends....and his employees...and his lawyers....and everyone one else they want.

There is the victims.

The most perfect piece of legislation ever is in "The Egg Act".

And these idiot regulators are rescinded it now through every backdoor measure they can conceive.
And I can assure you they are paid by those that want you eating insects for protein.

While the chicken egg is still the best you can buy for nutrition.

A chicken in every pot will soon be the campaign slogan to get elected.
Remember you heard it from me first.
I invented that slogan

Eric isn't doing too good. He testified that he acknowledges that MAL, as a club, is valued at lower cost per square foot than if it was a private residence. He then acknowledges that the 2021 SOFC provided to Deutsche Bank, that he signed off on, values MAL as a private residence stating, "It is very clear that Mar a Lago is a private residence, not a club."

The prosecutor then follows up by asking if he understood that for tax purposes it was assessed as a private club when he signed off on the SOFC. He then responds, "Yes, Mar a Lago is a private club."

It seems like Eric can't keep his story straight.

Seems to me Eric isn't an accountant. Didn't they hire accountants?

What is he? Is this what happens when you put the Town Idiot and the Court Jester in charge of your real-estate empire?

Too bad they're not being called out for mishandling 1099s and 1040s. They're being called out for fudging the property survey specs and numbers they gave to their accountants.

When I hear you speak like this I get the impression you are talking about Biden and projecting about his son Hunter.
Like how we have Hunter getting paid off by the Mayor of Moscows wife $4m and screaming Russian collusion for Trump through tiktok accounts

LOLO
I guess that's because the Bidens are living rent free in your head!

Joe Biden didn't make a big deal, standing in front of a table stacked with piles upon piles of papers that he claimed represented the financial dealing and authority that he was stepping away from and turning over to his 2 very capable sons, like Donald Trump did.

A severance agreement that says he cannot make disparaging comments about the company he is leaving is illegal now? it is called a NDA. Standard Practice.

Does the lawyer not know what that is?

As for whether MAL is a club or a private residence...how does stating it one way or the other make it illegal? I mean, why not read the actual document. It is BOTH.

link

Doesn't that say it is zoned as 'Large Residential'....and that an exception is made for a Private Club?

It's zoned large estate residential, and they made special agreements to use it as a club. Aside from the fact that everything is worth exactly what someone else is willing to pay for it, with a meeting and a vote, this could easily go back to being a residence, and not a club.

you are correct. He his all his classified documents all over town, some in places where the CCP could get access to them whenever they wanted, and others next to his Corvette in the same house his crackhead son was living in, the same son that has been selling influence to the CCP for years. So yea, it's different.

Engoron has expanded the gag order to cover Trump's lawyers. If they continue to talk about his staff they will face serious sanctions.

Look, if the shoe fits, wear it. But I wasn't referring to what or who is living rent free in your head. I was referring to what this guy said...

Committing perjury and admitting to signing off on SOFCs that he knew contained fraudulent numbers is good?

What questions are asked that you think are grounds for appeal?

I'm guessing you read the Breitbart article that Kise mentioned. You should be advised that the source cited in that article has a history of making up things about judges, court staff, prosecutors, jurors, etc. So much so that he was called out for doing it by a federal judge last year.

No. It was actually an MSNBC article that came up on the home page of Edge today while opening a browser. I think it linked to the Daily Caller.

Did you read Kise is not a nice main on HuffPo....just guessing.

My point is talking about Biden isn't rent-free as he is the sitting President, talking about Trump for the last 4 years is rent-free.

The whole problem is there is no case, so yes they can talk to his sons all day, but there just isn't anything there.

What are you saying, that "you can't get blood from a stone"? Cuz, this is all about what they're calling "disgorgement". This court will decide how much, if any, of the $250 million dollars the New York AG is asking the court to make the Trump Corp cough up.
