You have to send a DM on Discord (on the Phantom Zone Channel) to _GHOST_.

Give him your original user name and any email address you like.

He fixes the database so that you can then use ATS's reset password function at the bottom of the login screen.

You'll then receive an email with a new password. Log off the old account and enter your original user name and new password to login.

You can just wait while the volunteer doing this goes through a few million members to get to you...

Or you can just sign in and ask.

Took me 10 minutes, but that was just because I was chatting with all the members I knew there and forgot why I went there in the first place...

All the passwords for every user were corrupted (doesn’t appear to be a hack). Hence, the inability to log in.

It appears what we have going on here is extreme negligence. This place was abandoned by the owner (whom is not Dorko) over 4 months ago.

Whatever, I'm not about to take this crap any further. They need to come up with a notice and a system for people to use, a process for members to reset their passwords. This word of mouth bull # on a stupid private chat service designed for gamers, to make contact with who the hell knows to ask them to reset my membership password using any email I wanted to use is totally out of the question. This is Mad Hatter's tea party insanity in a rabbit hole I don't want to even peek down. Pure lunacy IMO.

Then don't do it and wait.

Although it appears that the email portion of the database was corrupted so ATS literally doesn't have the email address corresponding to your user name.

It's on you to fix that...

I tried Discord, but NADA. I couldn't find a PHANTOM ZONE or PHANTOM ZONE CHANNEL that worked, just one called circus and another esports. Apparently my present username is meckanic_83334 because for some reason it can't find my original meckanic account?
