Careful times.

I have invited members of my congregation to come here and make a few posts. I am sorry if it has gotten out of hand and I will speek to them about it in my next sermon.

What a ride, took a few days off and now the place has been taken hostage.
At least some of the sane heads are still around.

Seriously though the infantile posts are nuts now, is this the schoolyard after recess?

Some of them yes.

Point of fact i would say the majority.

And once the site comes back up completely, and the admin/moderators regain their teeth/accounts.

It should not be that hard to determine who they are if indeed they are inclined to do so.

To date, we don't even really know who has control of the site or is issuing the likes of post bans from afar.

Hopefully at some point that becomes clear.

Because they are destroying the place, and it's shameful.

In the spirit of trying to figure this all out and separate what is true and what is false, have you really seen accounts banned today or yesterday? I know that there are claims of banning and that at least one of the marauders has claimed to have been banned and come back but I have no basis to know that any accounts have been banned.

How would one know ? Have you been banned since you first made a new account? Other than that marauder do you know of any member you have reason to trust made the claim that they were banned? Yes, know that some people are claiming that accounts have been banned but so far I have only found that one that has made the claim personally. And I believe falsely.

I meant the likes of people posting hateful tripe and dangerous racist and homophobic nonsense directed towards fellow members they obviously have a serious gripe towards.

As to whoever is in control, well that remains to be established.

I have seen accounts that were akin to (prior to this) stripped of posting etc, since the thing. That was consistent with the old bans.
I could be incorrect.

I've never been banned on this site.
I've had past mods poke at me recently, and back when they had the power. But I've never been banned.

Well here is the kicker.

If/when someone receives a post-ban, they generally also receive a notification as to the reason why, and by whom they were banned.

Also, they are told they can contact whoever implemented the suspension so as to discuss the ban if indeed they are inclined to do so.

At least that's how i remember the process.

I don’t know what to think, but as this thread implies we should act as though moderation is still watching.

I also don’t have the want, need or energy to be disruptive here. I enjoy what little conspiracy is left even if I have to make some myself.
