Concerning the elephant in the room.

I know many of us are wondering wth happened to ATS, I have yet to see any proofs of the why's and how's this happened, so I'm left wondering. This site has been a go to for current topics of world events for me and others while knowing all the while it's a conspiracy based forum. Anyone else get the feeling this is all a giant social experiment using A.I. , hackers, saboteurs, etc by an alphabet agency? It feels like the Stanford experiment with controls utilizing specifically only the worst traits of humanity to sew division and discord as an attempt to see if the human element in any way can rise above the b.s. during a trial period to show people are capable of not becoming completely susceptible to fall to predictable low levels of human interaction? Like a proof of concept that one bad apple spoils the bunch. It's improbable I'm the only one who finds this plausible. How do people react to A.I. posting only negative influence and no reaffirming of any virtue, Empathy or compassion?

We will just have to take each post we read on the merit of the words. We will know who is human and who is not. We will know who has something worth saying because we will know it has meaning and worth to us.

It has become my experiment. I am well interested in this. Yes, I will be analyzing it for my own reasons just as you said. I want to see what humans are like with only their own restraint upon themselves (or lack of it). I am unshockable. I have seen it all a hundred times.

I was hoping there would be some juicy stuff. i have written a juicy word or two. I needed to get it out. I love freedom and I love seeing people be free. I want this to last. If it works it could be a really good thing for us.

ATS was so full of fear. Nobody could speak their minds any longer properly. I will certainly make use of it as long as I can and I will respect it.

HOWEVER, I am an adult and I will express myself. It may offend. Someone is always offended. Christ offended that much you know what it made them do. I enjoy the challenge of being offended.

I am not frightened of you if you are not frightened of me.

There are 2 explanations that make equal sense to me:
1. It was simply an obsessive autistic narcissist dude with no friends, who kept getting postbanned and blamed ATS for his own spamming and not accepting the fact that he wasn't charismatic and his cult sucked. He was just smart enough to hack the site, or paid someone to do it. He set up a blog and populated it with AI bots to make it look like he had followers,
hoping at least a few people would fall for it and join. He's a megalomaniac. He wants to be worshipped and be a leader because he actually has no social skills and no friends. To get people to actually join his cult would be payment enough.

2. US Intel agency or agencies are running ops to quell disapproval for middle east interventionism, and identified free speech sites like this as dangerous to their narrative. Note that stories about "Russian Hackers" are being pushed by the mainstream mockingbird media again lately, so that could be the case. In that case, the person behind "Josiah Preacher" would probably be a CIA asset. My problem with this explanation though, is: Why weren't X and Rumble taken down too? Those sites have far more users!
Until those sites are hacked or at least DDOSed, I am left stuck on explanation #1.

It is none of those. Nobody is directing anybody to their version. It is total equal, word for word. It can't be your first theory.

It is not your second theory because it is now more free than ever. You saw what I wrote earlier. I was pushing it and it was fine. It is nothing to do with any security agency.

It has either gone bust or been very privately purchased as an amusement to a rich person. They may have told the old owners they must not reveal anything. They have not banned me for speaking my mind yet. They have not censored me. Thus far I can respect that.

I take everything day to day. We may never know what happened. I don't think the old is returning though. New blood is being born here. New wine for new wine skins may be?

I have got a lot on my mind. I don't care about being popular. I need a place to write. I need to feel free. I need freedom of expression as my life is so tightly strung these days. It just ain't healthy. I need media company. I need to read. I need to write. I need to communicate.

Very plausable, makes you wonder what resources and prior knowledge one is privy to to achieve such a feat. a reply to: BidenOperator

Its not healthy to "expect" anything from "anyone", but your reply is spot on and makes me happy to percieve others eyes are open, minds are open, and without some preordained bias or agenda, the source of your reply is in the hearts and minds of alot of us. Perhaps replies like " I see your point but I'm not convinced" as apposed to " your an idiot and full of # " may have a chance to blossom lol. I do like that this whole ordeal has brought people back to conducting in fresh conversation, it's a breath of fresh air, when for a long time most statements and replies were nothing more than goading using parroted insults, belittlement and redirection away from the talking points. If people realize an argument isn't about who yells the loudest but a gift of outside perspective for the collective to go from point A to point B. While preserving our values and integrity.
