Previously Kwakakev on the ATS situation

Since joining this site back in 2010 I have always kept the same avatar. I know lots of people change their around at times, can kinda get confusing, not always bad when you do know them better. In some debates it helps seeing someone familiar at times, I want to be a rock with some many accounts coming and going.

So what a past few days on ATS...

I was not online at the time the password keys got taken and mods locked out, but did arrive shortly after.

At the start of this MrBipps blamed Steve.

MrBipps also links up with the accounts SimulatedEvidence and DarkOwner who is claiming / denying ownership at this time. Some people here do know who this person / group is and ain't happy about it.

As for how this power struggle plays out and where Darko (website owner) is in this mess? wAnchorofCarp has noticed some mod activity:

Who is still pulling strings?

As for what this means at this time? Is Darko in control with some game, is Darko under attack?

The level of calm and acceptance of what had just occurred does suggest foreknowledge of events. I don't really know, but on the radar at this time.

For the rest of us not entangled in the intricate politics behind ATS, just have to wait and see. Things are still working, the stars and member stats are fixed if things stay with these new accounts. We can still access a lot of our past work so far, bit tricker. Now is a good time to backup anything important if things do go bad. If you don't know where to start, one site i recommend is:

Yep, to be so calm about a new beginning as most of us are still trying to work out what happened with the password keys and the website, you are just sitting back chilling knowing that it is all in control.

That does look suspicious from here.

This is who was logged in right after it happened. Yes I made a new name at 12:03am Oct 20. Because I used to build sites and I knew something was wrong.

Not surprised to see DrBipps on the list. I got it wrong before calling them MrBipps.

I don't really know just exactly what is going on. We just have to call it as best we see it and hopefully together can find a way out of this mess.
