I believe it can. The trick is, the other person has to believe it too.

It's mind over matter. It also takes time. She was ho from 17 to 37. That's 20 years. She finds a man who doesn't care and who believes that love and time can make her forget the trauma caused to her, which caused her to inflict it on herself. After 30 years of being together with love behind the steering wheel, old lives are forgotten.

How could they not be?

You have to play the long game.

This is a beautiful post, and I agree with you 100%. People arent perfect and deal with things in life. The people who judge you for past mistakes are often hiding their own dark secrets, and arent perfect in anyway.
