A police report of the incident says Frank rented a high-powered Jaguar, and was operating the stick shifter from the passenger seat while his friend drove at 80mph down a 35mph zone of Highway 101 near San Diego – before fatally striking 38-year-old single father Michael Albano as he crossed the road.

Albano's family pursued Frank for years for the money he owed.

When they wrote to then-Delaware Senator Joe Biden for help in 2008, his aide wrote back claiming Frank 'has no assets with which to satisfy the judgment' – despite a string of executive jobs, luxury cars and exotic vacations documented by DailyMail.com.

He only began to repay the family after DailyMail.com revealed the scandalous debt-dodging in 2020.

Frank was arrested for petty theft at a Blockbuster in Pompano Beach, Florida. He was arguing with store workers who called police and when he was searched he had DVDs of 'Rabbit-Proof Fence' and 'They' stuffed down his pants. 'The defendant's intention was to exit the store without paying for the above DVDs,' said one of the arresting officers on scene. In May 2019 Frank told the Herald-Mail of Hagerstown, Maryland he was 23 years sober, though his DUI record made clear that was untrue.

James Biden received a total of $600,000 in loans from since-defunct rural hospital operator Americore Health in 2018.

The firm’s bankruptcy trustee said in a July 2022 court filing that James Biden “procured the $600,000.00 in loans from Americore … based upon representations that his last name, ‘Biden,’ could ‘open doors’ and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based
on his political connections.”

The records do not specify which Middle Eastern country James Biden was courting, though he was involved in a different business relationship pertaining to Saudi Arabia at around the same time.

It’s unclear what progress James Biden made toward securing the foreign funds before Americore filed for bankruptcy in 2019.

James Biden received an initial $400,000 tranche from Americore on Jan. 12, 2018, and the latter $200,000, which was sent to Joe Biden, on March 1 of that year, according to Comer and court records.

There's only a handful of people that have seen the documents in question. Raskin is one of them.

As I said, 14,000 pages of financial documents and the only thing Comer could turn up was a check from his own brother while he wasn't even in office.

That kind of 'all in the family' isn't all that unusual.

My son had a little friend in Jr. High, who we began to suspect was being groomed for prostitution. She lived with her 'aunt' and some motly looking fellows. She was 13.

I called CPS. The girl moved back to her mother in another state.

3 years later, my son saw her out working on the blvd where that stuff is known to happen.

think the problem is much deeper than just that. A new speaker will be a start, but the idiocy that prompted all this still exists, and I'd say the issues will exist until that problem is fixed.
