We, Darko and myself, are not the owners, but we are the "caretakers" of ATS, as it were. We are also locked out from any administrative activities. Plus, the actual owner never had backend access or the ability for site maintenance involving code himself, since he's not a coder.

ATS is now in escrow with attorneys on both sides fighting over a contract dispute, with a gag order in place. This may take time...it could be years. By the time a settlement is reached, ATS will be dead or on lifesupport.

It's always about the money.

That makes a lot of sense. That would mean some arbitrating 3rd party legal office is responsible for moderation within some kind of liability guidelines, porn, terrorist threats, etc, through some kind of filter. Otherwise, the web site is hands off until all legal and financial issues are satisfied.

That's all fine and good.
But there has never been any evidence there is a Mr and Mrs Darko or a new owner.

If these characters are real then you should give your names and professions including the name and credentials of the owner.

I ve never seen a platform where the members don't know who the owner is. It's at least suspicious when there is nobody who wants to get credit for being the owner of the site.

In this case it looks like the owner is the phantom of the opera...

I haven't taken part on this show nor I have joined the discord groups or any other online groups where members discuss endlessly who may or may not be the owners of this site and what might be happening. But it's like insulting the intelligence of everyone who participates here.

If you are who you say you are then why would you look after a site with no way of actually looking after it?

Either you are not involved and pretending you are or you are in fact in charge but have no idea what ou are doing and have no way of fixing things.

I have no idea, but business purchasing contracts may come with all kinds of stipulations and goalposts that need to be realized. Any number of contract breaches, for whatever reasons, could land the website in legal limbo.

She is another fake account. As I mentioned in another thread, we (meaning I and the Admininstrator) have lost all access to the site. As of right now, we don't see us getting control back in the foreseeable future.

In any case; the site will be up until May 20th 2024.
