I'm not going to do one of my longer posts on this one; this is very simple and I'll keep it that way.

What is it called when you use someone's name or someone's signature on legal documents, and they don't know about it?

Larson, a real estate brokerage executive and certified appraiser, assessed Trump properties for lenders. He was taken aback when told on the stand that he was repeatedly cited as an outside expert in former Trump Organization controller Jeffrey McConney ’s valuation spreadsheets.

“It’s inappropriate and inaccurate,” Larson testified. “I should have been told, and an appraisal should have been ordered.”

so as a certified real estate exec and appraiser, he was hired by the lenders to assess Trumps properties. So just to be clear, he assessed them for the lenders, and he gave an evaluation, at which point trump used that number. So just to be clear, when trump went for a loan, he had to pay a fee, which included assessing the collateral, which he would be given the paperwork for as he can argue the appraisal or go with it. In this case he went with the appraisal lock stock and barrel because it was too his advantage, so TRUMP, only used the number that the independant assessor gave the bank, which gave it to Trump. What exactly did the guy say than? He doesn't like having his name all over Trumps crap? well then don't assess it. If some assessor comes in and quotes my house for 5X the value, and I sell it for 4X the value, and the next dude comes in and realizes its only 1X the value, well thats on them, not me. Go sue the appraisor. This isn't fraud.
