No, it's not. An attack on an embassy by a mob, just means that either law and order has broken down in the host country, or the host country is turning a blind eye and/or is complicit. It is, however, a serious diplomatic issue that should be solved.

Hell, I fell asleep to embassies being overrun, and expecting it to be on like Donkey Kong but

They aren't being overrun. Protesters burnt down a guard shack a few got inside a gate and one man climbed the gate in Beirut and planted a Palestinian flag just inside the gate, while onlookers cheered. There was no overrunning, there were protests at other embassies, but there was no overrunning, etc. YET, it may happen in the near future but so far all embassies are in the rightful countries' hands and let us hope it stays that way.

Before we go to DEFCON ONE, fairly sure the hospital incident was just a misfired outgoing Hamas rocket and not an intended inbound Israeli attack.

The end results were more devastating for the INNOCENT civilians but this is no different than Zelenskky pushing the misfired Ukrainian missile as a Russian attack on sovereign Poland.

In the big picture, Hamas was hoping for a wider Arab involvement after the Israel response, and while everybody is enflamed here is an appropriate and measured response

from what i've seen from reading all kinds of reports no embassy has been breached. protests have been outside the embassies. there is a difference.

As things pop off in Israel between the Jews and Hamas, to the north in Lebanon, Hezbollah is working to create its own set of attacks, much of which is being triggered by the IDF’s response in Gaza. Additionally, the United States unfreezing and then refreezing the previously locked-down $6 billion to Iran certainly has not helped the situation as it not only puts US assets at risk abroad and at home, it also puts Israel in a precarious position with the US Navy parked off their coastline. If Iran and Hezbollah are successful in escalating this situation we could find the United States jumping into a war we did not expect in the region (or did we?),

With 1.6 billion Muslims in the world, this situation could very easily spread to every city overnight. So buckle up, as this has the potential to become very large, very quickly. As always, stay frosty and keep that powder dry.
