Why not? They will have brought it on themselves. They should know better than most what it’s like to live with a boot on your neck, and yet they have kept theirs on the Palestinians for decades. Orthodox Jews apparently didn’t even want a Jewish state.

Ummm...stop with your feeble attempt at putting words in my mouth...I never stated any of that...

My nation has been in the business of empire building...of having 208 wars or conquests since WWII...of losing all of the wars...bar none...

Of placing over 800 military bases around the world...

Of trying to force it's ahem...rule of law...on the rest of the planet through coercion...fomenting color revolutions...and subjugation...

The rest of the world...the vast majority of the human beings on this planet want nothing of that...they're throwing off the yoke and building a fair and equitable open society based on respect and equality...and sovereignty...

Make no mistake...the days of western imperialism are coming to a close...things are about to get intense...much more intense than what your witnessing at present...

So...tell me...what has Israel done for the betterment of the world...?

Israel isn't the 51st state...

It's government oppressed 5+ million people for decades. This attack is horrific but completely avoidable. There were numerous opportunities throughout the last 20 years to avoid this.

You all seem to forget there are innocent women and children in Gaza.
