Elon Musk is again correct to point out the obvious. Nobody can be presumed to be guilty and everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Nobody should be tried in the court of public opinion and/or on media trials by the online mob.

According to the online mob and the new trend, anyone can be accused of anything based on unsubstantiated or even false and malicious accusations resulting in reputations and lives destroyed, without any consequences for those who made these accusations. That's why, even in these threads we have seen attempts to shift the burden of proof! Some people here believe the burden of proof should be on the accused and not on those who made these accusations in the first place.

Elon Musk himself has been accused for a range of things lately, from fostering and promoting conspiracy theories on his platform to being an anti-semite. But again these are unsubstantiated accusations that have no basis in anything.

When the allegations against Brand first emerged Musk replied that he supported Brand and that the man is not evil. Of course this is his personal opinion and he is entitled to it. So far Brand hasn't been charged with anything and even if he was to be charged in the future then he is still innocent until proven guilty.

It's more than obvious Brand has an extra platform on his side if he wanted to communicate his messages and that's twitter. He isn't going to be censored or banned there but he has chosen Rumble at the moment with the platform denying to follow the path of YouTube and demonetize him.

Elon Musk didn't say anything about pressures applied to his platform by the UK Government to censor or ban Brand but it's likely they have tried their way and didn't get anywhere.

its worse than that as Brand is just red meat to feed to those that want the fake world the establishment is offering, while they do nothing about the epidemic of rape and sexual assaults that is still happening, all it does is gives the illusion of action.

from what i have seen the same types can get angry at brand then angry at rapists being blocked from being locked up with vulnerable women, to equivocating over the obvious rape/torture of Israeli women, these kinds write to women speaking out with death and rape threats.. so any red meat to demonstrate their virtue goes a long way as this story has done..

the trump shoot the looter is similar red meat as is Florida's push execute the pedos, because the west is collapsing as its debauched its currency its morals and everything in-between just as the roman empire did in its last days..

what we are seeing is a failed state throwing red meat to distract from its real woes that liberal integration has utterly failed and I honestly doubt Braverman thought her speech on multiculturalism would be proven right so soon..

in the uk neither left or right have a believable plan to safeguard women and children and the 24 elections will pivot on these issues not least the epidemic of sexual assaults..

we have seen a rape apologist culture explode in defence of failing liberal multiculturalism and the culture wars its engendered, all the Israeli attack has done is highlight the impossibility of a multiculturalism where decolonisation means justifying rape, torture and murder..

They refer to Musk as "the South African", and that's a clear attempt to imply "He's from another country so he shouldn't be chiming in on this anyway."

Thing is, Elon Musk actually lives in Texas now.
His primary residence is in Boca Chica, Texas.

That little jab was disgustingly transparent to me.
