On a serious note, racism is a serious subject and whoever's perpetrating this nonsense is bringing the subject into serious disrepute (making a laughing stock of it in fact).

Maybe it would be easier to ask what isn't racist. The thing about these false examples of racism is everyone does them. So it isn't the action at all. Whomever is performing the action now decides whether the action is racist.
