Remeber a year or two ago.

I said I was against government crazy spending but I was OK with student loans because at least it would go to our kids. Our kids....
Man, you guys fought me tooth and nail and said all kinds of things like you took out the loan you pay it. yada yada..

Well, I guess screw OUR kids,
we are going to be broke because our money is going to be spent on:

Illegals, not just a little bit, a TON of illegals.
How much?
Here

“If things do not change, our new estimates have us spending nearly $5 billion on this crisis in the current fiscal year. That’s up from $1.4 billion from last fiscal year, and it nearly equals the budgets of [the Department of Sanitation], [Department of Parks and Recreation] and the FDNY combined,” Adams said.

Ukraine...
How much.. brace yourself!
Here

ave directed more than $75 billion in assistance to Ukraine,

Oh and get ready to spend on money laundering #3.. I mean War in Israel.
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Ok OK, I know there will be people that say they don't want to spend on those things either. Yeah, me too, but does it really matter
what we think?

Now instead of spending a few cents to educate our kids and not have them in crippling debt, we'll probably be putting boots on them and sending to a war that nobody wants..

Very cliche but I guess divide and conquer is very still very true. Keep everyone distracted about the little stuff (like education) while
sending billions and billions, and billions of OUR tax money to politicans, wars that we don't want, and to Illegals we don't want.

Blame your greedy MIC. The aid the US sent is not even 10% of the annual military budged. While that is still a lot of money, let's do some calculations.

76Billion / 335 million = 226$ since Feb 2022 for every American. And much of that was weapons, that were outdated or about to be phased out. So a huge amount of the 76 billion is inflated price tags, too.

How much will these 226$ help financing any student loan? Besides that, a big amount is not aid for free but has to be paid back with interests to the US, similar to what happened in WW2 with Britain. Your country will benefit from that.

I do not get the connection between asking for student loan amnesty and making business with war. For me it's like comparing apples and bananas.

But I understand you are upset, just not exactly seeing the connection here.

The illegals allowed in still have to pay taxes on products they purchase, but they do not get these taxes back at the end of the year, nor do they get any social security in return. So in the long run these illegals are putting money in the system they will not receive back.

I think they have figured out how to fund these wars even if congress cuts funding.

Where is all of this new income going because it's not helping at the gas pump or grocery store?

The "kids" you are referring to will all be sexualized and will work in the sex industry as prostitutes as its happening right now in many scholls and college camps.

They aren’t directly connected. The difference is that politics got in the way of helping the little people, yet somehow it never stops massive spending on things we don’t want, like war or migrants.

The other connection is that it’s our money from taxes, it should benefit our people first.

They don’t need social security because they have total security from the moment they step foot in our country.
Food, housing, etc.

Yes it should benefit you first and foremost, now I understand your viewpoint better.

I understand you rather pay for some strangers college degree in clown-art than supporting the people your government got in a mess in first place. If I were you I would write this in a letter to your Governor and other higher up places.

Not that they would care a lot though, since it isn't all that simple. The US government, I make this distinction, got a lot from their partnership with Ukraine, not you the people directly.

Clearly your current government is not for the people of the USA, it's interests lay elsewhere.

That's just being gullible.

The most corrupt country in Europe is not going to be paying anything back.

It doesn't matter what percentage of the budget it is. We are in no position to be send any foreign aid period.

WTF are you all about. I am in the USA, you?

The entire transgender push along with the removal of parents rights, porn in the schools and the push by many in governent to decriminalize child molestation.

I never said nor guaranteed that Ukraine will or will be able to pay it back. This war isn't really about Ukrainian interest, it's just a battlefield for the West's and Russia's interests. Don't be gullible yourself, why do you think the USA supported a corrupt country in east Europe directly in front of Russia.

Hint: It's not because of friendship to Ukrainians, it's geopolitics.

As long as the molesters are pretty men and women, according to you, it's okay. So why do you even complain?

I’ve always said that we the people should pay for some kids to get a college education.
Only in STEM fields. None of those gender studies, ethics or sociology degrees.. etc etc.
You become a doctor for free but need to work where you are needed for ten years.
Also base the scholarships off of qualifications not equity.

But no… let’s send billions to Ukraine

I agree, but I think the ruling government is playing the long game. Spend money on them now and reap the benefits of taxation for decades to come, plus anything else they decide to use them for...cannon fodder and or job replacements for the Americans who are going to be cannon fodder.

Name a fix from the democrats that has ever worked?

The way they are trying to do it was never going to pass muster in the court system.

So honestly it doesnt matter, they were always going to amp up the war drum its what the democrats do in conjunction with the war hawks in the gop, and spend stupid amounts of money on what is a European problem.

ETA: I would have still been irate even if they found a legal way to do it, I went to the military to cover my school costs, and to be expected to foot someone else's school bill pisses me off. There were lots of ways to minimize school debt but I remember the push for the "college experience" parents should of put there foot down.

No your incorrect as this is way over your circuit board of intellengence. My point is that shes too pretty to resort to molesting young boys. She was drunk and didnt remember any of it. I believe that. I also believe that she has medical issues.

You never answered as to whether your a man or a woman.

Jesus loves you! Maybe?

How did we get to a place where our spending and foreign policy is so far removed from what people really want.

I guarantee if you let each person allocate the budget, you might have some variances in the tax/social service ratio but only a small percentage would think it's a good idea to fund wars and massive programs for undocumented workers.

There's nothing good about the undocumented/illegal worker process now. It's not good for the person trying to come to the US : Risking their life and having no work protections. It's also not good for the average tax payer: funding social programs and dealing drug cartels. Companies should have to sponsor workers and provide them with housing and benefits - let it come from rising corporate profits. The workers could then come to the US in safety and have work protections.

Prior to all the government propaganda, I think 99% of the US couldn't care less whether a part of Ukraine was considered Russian or Urainian. And yet, almost everyone in Congress supported the war?
