OK so you are President Biden what do you propose to NATO now? This is a clear and present danger to all NATO nations and beyond, right?

Ok, so it's a global range nuclear weapon, it can reach anywhere, but this is particularly concerning to the people in Europe, and especially the United Kingdom. Russian leaders have been making threats to the UK and have escalated these threats to the level of nuclear war, saying that UK would be turned into a 'Martian Desert.' Also here, and here, and here. Following up on verbal threats with a test of a new nuclear weapon capable of doing that very thing should be concerning to a reasonable person.
Sure, we can all say this is just posturing, it's empty threats, nothing will come of it... etc.
Are you so sure of that? How can any of us be sure? I'm not so sure they're joking, and no one should think that they are.
Generally, a good principle in life is when someone shows you who they are — believe them. And we can all see what Russia is WILLING to do, not just talk about, but put into action. Just today, another 51 civilians have been targeted and killed, becoming a group of tens of thousands of civilians, innocent children among them, who were mercilessly targeted.
Everyone hopes Russia won't escalate and go nuclear, EVERYONE, the entire world hopes for this, because we all live here and share the world... but we can't be naive, the danger is very real and the threats should be taken that way as well. We should all be on guard and hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
A wounded dictator is a dangerous animal.
since they presume that Russia couldn't win a nuclear war with the US or other major power.

What would I do as president?
1. Support our allies who are in immediate danger, help them reinforce their defensive capabilities. Defensive only. No one wants a bigger war.
2. Support Ukraine for as long as they want support. As long as they want to defend their country, we should help them out. This splits the focus of Russia's potential plans and drains money away from other endeavors. As long as Russia is losing people, weapons and time in Ukraine, it has less capability of attacking elsewhere.
3. Make sure all Americans and all people of the free world understand what is happening in real time, hopefully unifying us against the threats being made. Perhaps any military action by Russia can be avoided if we all stand together before it can happen.

I'm curious how this nuke powered nuke poses a greater threat to Europe and the UK than a nuke powered submarine armed with nukes or a non nuke powered but nuke armed aircraft or other non nuke powered nuke missiles or even a suitcase size nuke smuggle in a non nuke fashion?
Is it the nuke that worries you or the nuke propulsion that is powering the nuke missile to nuke its target?

Russia can fight in Ukraine for two more years at current intensity, Lithuania says

VILNIUS, March 9 (Reuters) - The chief of Lithuania's military intelligence said Russia has enough resources to continue the war in Ukraine for two more years at the current intensity.
Moscow says it launched its "special military operation" in Ukraine a year ago to combat a security threat. Kyiv and the West call it an unprovoked war to subdue an independent state.
"The resources which Russia has at the moment would be enough to continue the war at the present intensity for two years", Lithuania's intelligence chief Elegijus Paulavicius told reporters.
"How long Russia is be able to wage the war will also depend on the support for Russia's military from states such as Iran and North Korea", he added.

“It is a low-flying stealth missile carrying a nuclear warhead, with almost unlimited range, unpredictable trajectory and ability to bypass interception boundaries,” Putin said then.
