Well this was unexpected, I though that the vote will never made it to take McCarthy, personall I did not like him at all, I was scheptical when he got appointed to the speaker of the house and Trump endorsed him for the position, but then he really did not delivered anything that he talk about.

Soo I will not cry for his dissmisal.

Let see who is going to take his position now, I am sure it will be a tran, lesbian, black with a fabulous wardrobe. You know to keep with the Jonasses in government . yes is a joke.

you know it's entirely possible, and they could even elect a non politician as speaker., and wouldn't surprise me if it did happen and gaetz is on it.

Because McCarthy was an ass who couldn't lead and never took responsibility for his failures as a leader. Apparently one if the deciding factors was McCarthy's comments last week attempting blame the shutdown on the Dems when it was dysfunctional party and his lack of leadership that was preventing the House from doing anything.

He's a flip-flopper, a man you can't count on. He'll shake your hand, make a deal, and then proceed to turn around and make another one.

You can't trust a man whose word means nothing. That's why he had no support from the left.

The right has a majority. The fact they could not keep him in power speaks to what the right thinks of him. They didn't want a leader they just elected though a hard battle.

He's a deeply unpopular leader on both sides.

McCarthy was foolish for agreeing to rules that allowed him to be removed so easily.

The next Speaker should have Ice Water for blood, like Nancy Pelosi did, and not agree to being removed because he/she doesn't make everyone happy.

What convenient timing; guess Hunter and a crime family will have to wait for the statutes if limitations to run out while congress focuses on more pressing issues and the MSM continues to cover Trump almost exclusively.

Something has to change in DC.

This removal of the Speaker is causing MSM to melt down because the money for buying Christmas presents and paying bonuses to Ukraine citizens, and American Officials (current and former) getting kickbacks, is in jeopardy.
